I am honestly surprised at some of these reviews. I guess people have an issue with patience? I visit this location often, and it is my favorite Starbucks within a 30-minute radius. The location is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. I come here to work often, and it's never too busy or crowded. Great work atmosphere, and music isn't too loud. I don't have to wait long for my order, and I typically mobile order once I arrive.

If you want a cozy and peaceful work environment, this is the Starbucks to stop at.

Next to sixflags, so it’s expected that lines and long waits are going to be possible. Always packed here, the staff is my favorite. I’m a regular here and they always joke with me and I love them bad.

Order a croissant guy says I didnt ring you up for one but it was on the screen when I was ordering so he punches it in and puts the card reader out says it will be $4.20 even know i already paid for it and ordered it

Walked in and was greeted pleasantly and with a smile. The blond barista Kait made me my first Caramel Frappuccino and it was delicious. Definitely will return!!

Super slow drive thru, first drink was wrong and they had to remake it. This Starbucks is struggling. I don’t know if it’s poor training or what, but based on owner responses to reviews I don’t think anyone cares how poor the service is here or has any intention of trying to improve it.

20 minutes for a pink drink. 2 employees and the wht girl was working hard while the blk guy was talking on his ear peace phone n getting distracted. Then a white female customer brought her LARGE wht dog in that BARKED LOUD n scared everyone. No dogs should be allowed. Do better !!!

Every time you order online it is massively delayed. Oftentimes, the items are wrong or missing. The people working at this Starbucks are the most incompetent I came across at a Starbucks. It’s the closest one to my house and I’m unfortunately stuck with them. The difference is palpable with other Starbucks. And owner, before you come suggesting I submit this through your customer support (like you seem to be doing with all other reviews) why don’t you stop being lazy and take action yourself?
The delivery I placed today of a Hot Caramel Machiatto arrived as a CUP OF ICE. Just ICE! And the cups for ICED or HOT are Different. Incompetent!
