Calm environment and the girl behind the counter was very friendly and seemingly happy to be there. Food was prepared brought fast was fresh and delicious. Been there before and I'll go back again

Interesting to see so many negative reviews as of late. But I was there with a few friends recently and had a great time! The food was great and there was no problems whatsoever. Highly enjoyed our time there and will be back!

This place when it opened was awesome. Cool vibe, excellent food, well displayed and diverse craft beer menu.We went there a few days ago and the menu was changed. Some of the usual menu items were gone, prices increased, and there are more upcharges for things.I don't know what happened recently but it was s step backwards

No matter what Surf Taco I go to, there are always staff that do not have good customer service. I was disappointed that the beef tacos were not hard shell, that at least gives the tasteless beef some flavor. As always people sitting near the bar get the best service. OH and I am sharing my table with the last persons leftovers. The staff could have easily taken it away when she served me my food, but instead left it with me.

Love Surf Taco, first time at the Jackson location, will not go back. Food was okay, but the place was filthy, tables not cleaned, salsa bar was a mess. Covid is still around, they should be cleaning and sanitizing the public areas and they're not.

I place an order and they didn't sent me everything they charge me for. They think is ok for them to RIP you off and blame the delivery company.
Overall taste is bland, and the price is way to high for quantity and quality. I ttied several times hoping it would get better, but, no!

Food is good but if you order pickup be prepared to wait over 10 minutes at the counter for someone to actually help you.You can spend those minutes staring at your already prepared food.
