Tuscany Italian Market

Called to ask about allergy information on a prosciutto bread I picked up. It was in an Italian bread bag with allergens listed on it. Apparently this was very upsetting to the woman on the phone who was quite nasty!

Normally I would be leaving a five-star review for this Italian Deli, lately the sandwiches we are getting are not how we ordered them. The sandwich was supposed to have extra crispy bacon and it looks like it was microwaved. Usually the food is incredible.

Before all of there others... There was Tuscany. Always delicious. The Meat bread is rediculous. I've also catered multiple parties using there servers and cooks as well. Always perfect.

Food coma! What a great sandwich. Portions are like two meals. We always go with Tuscany for hot food trays on special occasions but try their lunch menu. You won't be disappointed.

My family & I have been eating here for years, and it's a shame we won't be able to continue to support this business.

I stopped in today to order a sandwich & unintentionally misspoke, saying the name of the sandwich listed above the sandwich I wanted to order. I immediately realized my mistake and explained to one of the guys behind the counter that I had ordered the wrong sandwich. This was less than 30 seconds after the original interaction. He looks me dead in my face & tells me he can't change the sandwich order because, "the kitchen in the back already started making the first sandwich."

Meanwhile they were practically identical chicken cutlet sandwiches with mozzarella cheese. The sole difference between them was honey mustard going on the sandwich rather than vodka sauce. Again, my request to change the sandwich order was made within 30 seconds of my mistaken order.

I understand my mistake was probably frustrating for the people behind the counter. I wouldn't even have minded if the guy declined the request to change my order in a more respectful fashion. Instead he was curt and immensely unprofessional. It's never a good sign when a business abandons core values of customer service.

They’re all always so friendly when I go in! Been going here for 2 years now since I moved. Their sandwiches & wraps are always great! Got sandwiches & salad catered from here before & everything went smoothly! Highly recommend! The store is always stocked with Italian specialty goodies :)

Delicious food! Amazing service as always! Ordered 10 trays for my daughter’s christening, Anna was extremely helpful with picking the perfect menu for my guests and even suggested individual cookie trays for the table which I loved! The food was amazing as always - everyone had seconds and thirds! They delivered on time and even made the 45 minute ride to where the reception was. Highly recommend them to everyone who needs anything!

This place might have been a 4.5 star but these past few weeks has shown a huge change in the atmosphere and service. I think it’s time to retire old lady. You’re too miserable to work

How you have this many stars is beyond me?? Between the inappropriate comments, I heard the older man giving the young cashier, to the old Italian lady being nasty to another customer about her order being late and wrong… that’s not how a business is run.

I recently (2/26) hired Tuscany again to provide catering for my sons 1st birthday. As always, the compliments that we received on the food were over the top. The spread was fantastic, from the Sandwiches, to the chiken parm, Shrimp scampi to the eggplant rollatini and everything in-between. From start to finish the ordering was exceptional. Easy, food came hot and on time and stayed hot. They have always exceeded my expectations and this time was no exception. Even with 15 trays of food ordered. I would highly, highly recommend ordering catering for your next party from Tuscany in Jackson, NJ!
