Food was extremely fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Only complaint was from the door for back entrance. The cold from the door was a little much for our table. People weren't closing outer door 1st. Other than that couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Canadian visiting, loved it. Ambiance is great. Simple and warm. Food took a bit of time (maybe Fish took longer to prep).
Waiters had warm and professional demanor. Food was amazing. Pricey, but Peruvian is pricey in general.

i really can’t say about food ive had none yet - went here for happy hr , won’t let me write a review until I have food but i’m not having food, the Caparina is probably the best I’ve ever had, the place is cute inside, Service is great -food has got 13 pages of food and each page has at least 20- 25 food items , again , i’ve had no food , but assuming 13× 20 =260 items they have on the menu , can only assume they are not all fresh but I didn’t have any - could be the best food I’ve ever had in my life- I have no idea I had no food I’ll be honest I had no food, I am editing the review already I’ve just had a Pisco sour, first of my life I cannot imagine it having any better than what it is here -it’s delicious absolutely delicious ,,, although the manager claims all the food is fresh I don’t know how it can be but she said the chicken and fried rice is really good we’ll see next time I come I’ll have that, probably one of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen, and God knows I drink a lot hahahahh , ok had 1/2 chicken & rice to go - outstanding - so i give it a full 5 stars 👍🏻

Great experience. Food is 10/10. Portions are big enough to share. Service was kind and quick. Place is familiar. Only downside was the music too loud and didn't work properly. I recommend it as there are few places with this level of cuisine in central Jersey.

Service will take a long time and even after you get your food it is mediocre at best. We went based on the server’s recommendation’s and was overall god awful. I wasn’t satisfied at all. Put Taquia Maria’s in this spot and it’ll be top tier.

After a very long time I have been to a Peruvian restaurant. This place it pretty great. It is packed always, tight space and servers have to always squeeze by you. Food is great and enoumous portions. One entre can't be done by one person. Huge portions and huge plates that almost no space in the table. We had a great time. Very earthy and flavourful food.
