Rating based on food only.Recommend: garlic shrimp (camarones al ajillo), pollo ala brasa, yucca fries (yucca frita)Meh: fried rice, fries, yellow riceInteresting split here with some things very delicious and somethings pretty mediocre.Yucca fries are crispy and fluffy perfection but the regular fries are droopy and soggyGarlic shrimp is cooked well but the sauce is a bit salty so don't overuse the sauce.Pollo ala brasa was fantastically juicy.Fried rice is very salty and the meats were tough and chewy. The yellow rice had a bit of a gritty texture like there was something funky about the cook.Soda weirdly was very flat. The aji verde is more thick and creamy, almost mayonnaise-like, than others I've experienced.Service was pretty poor. Servers were very absent. It was hard to flag people down.

It was our first time there. Everything was very good. The only thing I didn't like was they brought everything out at the same time. Food got cold while we were eating the apps. Would have liked the sangria while we were waiting. Would definitely go back.

After trying Pollo a la Brasa in different states. I can say now this is the best Pollo a la Brasa into the US. 100% Recommended.

Service was slow, waited 30 mins for our cocktails. Food was nicely presented but was too salty. Drinks were good. Extensive menu, takes time to browse it if going for the first time.

As a Peruvian I can say that all their food is amazing and authentic! The papa a la huancaina and anticuchos are a must have! The ceviche is very good and fresh and the lomo saltado was perfectly made. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area ?

Recently, my wife and I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. Our waitress, Valerie, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for the most popular dishes. She even suggested a wine that perfectly complemented our meal. The green mussels as a starter were a unique and tasty choice, setting the tone for the evening. While waiting for our main course, my wife enjoyed a house cocktail (whose name escapes me) that she found not only delicious but also visually appealing. We opted for the skirt steak Lomo Saltado and shrimp in garlic sauce - both dishes were generously portioned and visually appealing. Despite the abundance of food, everything was exceptionally good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our selections.Valerie's attentive service was a highlight of the evening. She consistently checked on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Although there was no visible manager or host, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant's aesthetics added to the overall experience. It's worth noting that other staff members, including another waiter and a bartender, were equally friendly and efficient. However, there was no sign of a busser or host, and we observed Valerie and the other waiter multitasking to greet tables and clear plates. In the background, we noticed a person making calls who might have been the manager, which was weird in my opinion, these waiters were busy and he was just on his phone instead of helping his workers. Despite this, the absence of a traditional managerial presence did not detract from our positive experience. All in all, the restaurant provided a fantastic meal, a pleasant ambiance, and outstanding service. We're already looking forward to returning.Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate my wife’s allergiesParking: Parking lot on the back of the restaurant
