2024 Update:This Dunkin Donuts location has been remodeled and must have changed owners a few times over the years because it is much much better. Staff is polite and the coffe and food is great now. Highly recommended now.2014 review:This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They never get any orders right. The service is horrible and for some reason the hot chocolate they serve tastes horrible. It's not only the bad service, their products taste horrible. I have no idea how they manage that since they are using dunkin donuts products.

I would drive 30 minutes out of my way for a cup of coffee just to avoid this dunkin. Doesn't matter if you go inside, drive thru, or doordash guaranteed to get your order wrong and will argue back if they have to fix their own mess up.

Believe the reviews. Went here last week for a coffee. The kids running the drive thru charged me for hash browns and then when they realized the mistake, they tried to get me to pay for both the hash browns I never ordered and the coffee. Went there again today for an egg and cheese wrap - burnt to a crisp. Cheese isn't supposed to be brown and crunch. Don't waste your money.

Waited for 5 minutes. Even with 4 employees no one bother to ask me if I want to make an order. When I asked I was told to wait...so I left. Pretty disappointed with the service in this Dunkin.

Terrible!!! I repeated 3 times for what I wanted. Ended with something wrong. I never see a coffee made like what I got. A regular coffee with Skim milk. It didn't looked like have any milk in it and I was asking for an extra shot. They gave me extra sugar instead. Instead of making me a new coffee, the kid just added extra coffee lol. What a world and please hire or train the people right for the business!!!

It took 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with 3 cars in front of me. Service is the worst its ever been. — reminded why I should drive the few minutes extra to go to any DD in the area besides this one. Trash
