Visited this coffee spot for the second time recently and I absolutely loved my latte. 9/10 solid rating. It was either called a biscoff or cookie butter latte, but regardless it was one of their seasonal winter lattes.

The ambiance was cute and inviting. I’d come back and spend a couple hours here working. I ordered an empanada which could have been more warmed up, but overall it was fine tasting! For a local coffee spot, this place does a great job 🤍

Bella is hands-down the best server at Jamesbrew because she brings the whole place together with her calm, confidence, and genuine warmth — she remembers people and their orders, keeps everything flowing even when it’s packed, fixes issues without drama, and makes every guest feel like they actually belong there instead of just being another table, Although the cups and prices are a bit expensive, rather go to a nearby starbucks or down the street dunkin

The place is really amazing, cozy and warm. The service is really wonderful, staff is professional and so welcoming, the winter menu is new and nice .The ginger bread and pepper mint mocha are really distinct in taste. Overall, the experience is great ❤️❤️

Several times we have tried buying pastries from here. The first time we got a sweet pastry and it had mold on it. Granted they gave me my money back but the pastries were not fresh like I had hoped. Second time I tried getting croissants and they were stale. It seems they never have fresh pastries. If that is the case it should be told to the customer or sold at a discount or to reduce food waste. I will not be coming back. They charge a lot for their pastries and the price is not justified for the quality they serve. Also service is very slow here.

Came here 11/28 and the weather was low 40s and we ordered a flight of lattes (and a cappuccino). They didn’t ask if we wanted hot or cold and given the temp we assumed it was hot.. we were served a flight of 4 iced lattes. They did not label the flavors either. The cappuccino was served in a to go cup despite asking for a mug and receiving the flight in “in house” cups. All in all, if this was made with more care, we would have been so happy but we payed almost $25 for the flight and the cappuccino and were very disappointed with how it was served. It also asks for a tip at time of purchase not time of service so I tipped on coffee that I don’t feel was made with care. A very disappointing experience overall.

A ridiculously slow service, like if they are making drinks for the first time in their lives

Had wanted to try this place for months! Finally! Warm and chill vibe. Counter, tables and family rm seating. A bit pricey....16oz latte, 12oz Chai, 2 gluten-free cookies = $19 + tip! No table service. The young woman behind the register was very nice. Not certain what the tip was for. My friend loved the Chai. My latte was also good. No too sweet. The gluten-free cookies were soft, and tasty! Love supporting local. Will definitely go again but too expensive to be a regular stop.
