We waited over 20 minutes for two coffees 1 was the brown sugar shaken espresso and 1 was the oat by the campfire. The coffee was OK nothing special. I got the apply fritter which was disgusting not even edible. It tasted old like it was deep fried days before. I can't explain the taste but don't get it. Unfortunately not the best experience here.

Never has a coffee shop been so consistently good as Jamesbrew. I've been stopping in occasionally since it opened and every single drink I've gotten has been perfect and served with a smile.
Especially the iced coffee. I've never understood the obsession. It gets watered down and flavorless so fast.
Until it got too hot and I finally ordered one here.
Buying coffee has always been a small luxury for me but now I come in often enough that at Jamesbrew they ask if I want my usual (currently the iced lavender latte).
The food is often... . The croissants have a nonstandard flavor and lack the flaky, buttery texture of a proper croissant. The vegan pistachio muffin was kind of flavorless. The empanadas and sandwiches are "fine" at best. The rest of the pastries are good.
But the coffee is what matters most. I don't even want to look at a Starbucks.

Randomly stumbled on this place and it surprises you! Great coffee and the best crumb cake I've had anywhere. Seasonal is a caramel apple crumb that can't be missed. (I've come twice in one week!) Ample seating inside and really well done.
Parking is street parking on the side or up front. Weekdays are empty - weekend will be a bit more challenging.

Visited the cafe today, it was a wonderful treat. A co-worker and I came by after having a visit with our client in the area. The service was good. They have vegan options even though it is not listed. The ambiance is so cute. It is very spacy and nicely put together. You definitely don't feel on top of each other. i will be coming back again!!! Also the vanilla chia latte was amazing!!!!!
Probably one of the best coffee shops in town. I’m from Brooklyn New York and will make the drive to get matcha amazing quality and service.
