Paul & Christa's Diner in Lake Hopatcong is a great local spot for classic diner breakfast and Thursday night dinners. The pork chops Murphy are phenomenal and shouldn't be missed. The cozy, small diner gives off old-school American vibes. The food is good, not excellent, but worth a visit during a road trip. Plenty of parking available on site.
