I was at this restaurant yesterday for lunch with my family at 3:00 pm, the food was fresh and delicious. The waitress was so cute!!! She was alone with the grill chef and she gave a great service❤️ Thank you guys and thank you for the effort of the cute waitress whose name I unfortunately don't remember to leave this affection??

The wait is terrible. They look at us and don’t come to the table i have to get up and ask. It’s Friday night. There’s 3 tables. It’s not even busy. And there’s like 2 workers. I work in restaurants. That’s not busy and it’s not hard to acknowledge customer. I was about to leave when they finally came. This isn’t a great way to make money. I can see why it’s not busy. I have ordered and picked up before and they were also late. Just giving up on this place. I kept trying to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s always a disappointment. I liked the food but I’ll find it else where.

I went to this restaurant a week ago and I would like to share the terrible service they have. This way people don't throw their $$ away and not to mention that when we go out to eat we expect good service and good quality food. Unfortunately the establishment does not have any or other quality in the establishment. Terrible at talking about everything!!! I should have looked at the comments that way I would have saved time and money!!! How ugly
I Went in this restaurant a week ago and I want to leave my review as bad attention they have. The food as not good compared to the price. It's a frustrating experience in this place. Was my last time!!! Spent money with not a good food and not a good people to serve!!! I should check the reviews first. Then I save my time and my money!!! This is shame!!

Should have read reviews before placing the order. For my birthday week i decided to do a staycation and just enjoy a nice weekend and order in food! This restaurant did not add the utensils that i requested even after i checked the option on Uber Eats and called to ask for hot sauce to be added. The food was inedible- not as pictured on the app and seems like leftovers from last nghts service! Please do not be fooled - spend your money elsewhere! BBB should check this establishment!

This restaurant is the one but one orders delivery and they don't even send it complete one pays for two dishes and one comes with parents the other doesn't one comes with some meat the other is not a complete robbery they charge more for the beans I think

This place never has the food ready for Uber eats drivers to pick up. I’ve been here on multiple different days as a delivery driver where there were longer waits. They start cooking the food as soon as the driver shows up cause last time I had to wait 20 minutes just for a 2 x BBQ Whole Chicken-Frango Inteiro Assado and I came driving to this place IN THE HEAVY RAIN. Drivers, if you value your time then I recommend you to not go here to deliver.

Ordered BOGO on Uber eats . The portion size of actual meat is terrible. Looks like they took 1 meal & split it in half while filling the platter with rice. I recommend ferry st bbq never had this problem
