Terrible service. The employee spent the entire time I was there talking on the phone. I ate, paid my bill, and chose not to leave a tip due to the poor service. Without my authorization, the employee added a 35% tip to my bill. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional

I ordered $60 worth of food and they completely delivered the wrong item as well as missing the sides, they tried to blame DoorDash but they are not the preparing the food. I ordered beef stroganoff and got shrimp stroganoff. I then tried contacting the restaurant and they did not care saying it was the delivery. They answered they have their delivery service which I’m sure won’t deliver 40 minutes away.

My husband and I just got food from this restaurant paid over $75 for mixed barbecue and a side of fried banana. Half the food and half the bananas are old the sausages are so hard you can tell they Have been cooked for hours and not fresh at all and the rest of the food has such a smoky taste to mask the taste of old food. I get that a lot of restaurants are struggling, but this kind of service is really not helping. We do not mind paying when the quality is good but paying such a hefty price when more than half of the food went to the garbage is not right.

I ordered from here multiple times on Uber eats. The portions for the penne vodka with chicken were great then all of a sudden the portion was half of what it used to be. Even tho the food is delicious the price for this dish compared to the portion is not worth it. Now maybe in the restaurant it’s a better price but for people that cannot get to the location and prefer delivery it’s not fair to change the portion and keep the same price

I used to love this restaurant and ordered from them many times. I’ve also been there with family and friends because the food was always delicious and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, my last two delivery orders through Uber Eats have been a huge disappointment. The first time, I thought it was just a mistake the food was poorly packed, flavorless, and missing the salad that used to come with the meal. It was just dry rice, beans, and a few small pieces of meat. I gave them another chance today and ordered again for me and my son, but it was even worse. The “mixed platter for one,” which used to be generous enough for us to share, came with one very dry piece of chicken that was actually undercooked inside, one tiny piece of pork, a very small piece of churrasco, and a single sausage. They call this a churrasco platter, but it is nowhere near worth the $30 I paid. The chicken had no flavor, the rice was cold, and the beans were bland. I don’t know if this place is under new ownership or management, but the quality has gone down drastically. It’s really disappointing to see a restaurant with such a good reputation go downhill so quickly

Had a fantastic experience at Brazilian Spices. The restaurant had a charming, rustic atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and presentation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed place!
