Please fix the language barrier problem this place is amazing for it’s atmosphere and the Dubai cupcake was delicious

Come in to grab a bite, and all I had was a $50 Bill. I grab food leave to go put gas in the car realize I have the wrong change. I come in they cant pull cameras and told me to come back tomorrow. Like I dont have a job.

I gave this place many chances but I will no longer go there due to the lack of service. It's almost as if you don't speak Portuguese you will NOT get service. I tried so many times but each time I go, the ladies behind the counter are really rude, they don't acknowledge your presence upon entering. They know you are there but won't make EYE CONTACT if you are working in food industry and retail you have to make connection to your customers and greet them in a friendly way. I waited nearly 5 minutes to be acknowlege and she knew I was there but decided to ignore and keep doing what she was doing at the counter. Also you are never greeted with kindness, if you are running a business in USA your staff should speak English and be friendly to your customers. They also have messed up my orders in the past when I ordered online, not only it's overpriced but they messed up orders. I once ordered online and never received a notification that it was ready, it had been a while when I showed up in person to pick up after 45 minutes, they said they didn't see my order and just started to make it when I let them know about my order. So in addition to 45 minutes, I had to wait another 30 minutes, it's so unprofessional because you are trying to save time by ordering in advance but they don't pay attention to detail.

I’ve tried it three times. Overpriced and not very good.
Ordered a ham sandwich and it came as two untoasted slices with deli ham,mayo and a tomato. Unclear why I would pay $10 for that when could make it for a dollar at home.
