The servers were nice but the food was absolutely horrible! Wings were hard, over cooked, cold and dry. Tater tots were cold. The only thing that was ok was the sodas. They would not give a refund they only offered credit. We did not want credit because we will never return to this store. Horrible food!

First of all, the service at this Buffalo wild wings location was top tier. My cashier Nicolas was amazing and sold me fries that I was not going to get to be honest. Would recommend to anyone and 10/10 everything.šŸ‘

Worst ever. Ordered uber eats, my food was giving to the wrong driver. When I called they tried to tell me it was sent out with the right driver. My actual driver confirmed that they admitted the food left with the wrong person. Almost 2hrs after ordering and a back and forth I was told I’d be given a refund in 3-5 business days not including the delivery and service fee. I essentially just lost out on money and received no food. Used to love Buffalo Wild Wings, definitely lost a customer.

Very bad customer service. I waited 40 minutes for my food even though there were only two workers and no customers inside. They still managed to mess up my order and forget part of it. I ordered two Buffalo wraps and 10 boneless, and they only gave me one wrap, and everything was cold.

This place is honestly trash. The food was cold, the order was wrong, and the service was terrible. They really need to get it together or shut it down because this was unacceptable.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order from Buffalo Wild Wings.

I placed an order totaling approximately $75 through the app. When the order arrived—about an hour and a half later—I noticed that the tater tots were missing. These were specifically for my young son, who is a picky eater, so this was already inconvenient.

I contacted the store directly, and I was told the missing item could be resent and that I would receive a call once the driver arrived. I waited an additional hour, but no one ever showed up. When I called the store again, I was then told that they were not able to send the item out after all. I asked why no one contacted me to let me know, and the person on the phone simply said they had ā€œjust come inā€ and could issue a refund.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I was more than willing to work with the store to resolve the issue. However, the lack of communication, empathy, and accountability throughout this situation was truly disappointing. Not only was my time wasted, but my son’s meal had to be adjusted due to their error.

I would like to understand whether this level of service is considered acceptable for your restaurant—whether dining in or ordering to-go. From my perspective, this experience was a significant inconvenience and far below the standard I expected.
