Horrible, horrible service. The attitude that this morning shift has is unacceptable in every sense of the word. As a gentleman that works in the hospitality industry, id expect common courtesy at this hour after working an extensive shift. To be denied basic services is one thing, but to be approached with such hostility is a disservice to the company. Truly a shameful morning crew.

People are so rude, MGR on duty wouldn’t even give her name because the don’t give personal information. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told none of the Halloween Monster items are available as per the owner. She was rude and upset I asked her name. I’m still waiting this slow line after not ordering because there’s no exit. Lol I’ve had it w this place. 1 year ago got food poisoning along the kids too. Then gave it another today, the Trick or treat was on me!

There is a reason why I never come to this Burger King close to my house, it always makes me late for work. 15 minutes for a burger and fried. 10 years and they stillake me late. The senior citizen doesn't know how to order from that machine so please take it out. Keep it Ol'skool. The guy behind her, his card didn't work. That was 10 minutes before that. And still managed to get my food out 13 minutes later

Service is kind of weird the workers barely communicate and seem like they don't want to be there. The food is cold majority of the time and if u all for hot food they get annoyed

I was sitting at the drive thru for over 5 minutes , no response , no hold on . So I politely went ahead and pulled to the window , while the gentlemen at the register and others just looked at me . I didn’t understand why they would treat a customer so rudely . I left . Thank you so much for your help .
