It’s considered fast food but it took 25 min for me to get my order. And I ordered a classic melt, one order for myself. This wasn’t for multiple people. I came here because I needed my food fast, but y’all can’t even do that so can’t come here again waste of my time

The worse Burger King ever. Staff not professional. I ordered Shroom n Swiss melt bundle from Passaic Ave, Kearny. The toast bread had an old taste and cold, the beef not cooked well. I can’t understand this food servers inside the store how they prepare such a bad food taste like that. I will never go there. People don’t order this Shroom Swiss melt it’s not like the post at all. Be aware.

They are extremely slow. I can understand when they are busy but not when you have a full crew. My order is almost always wrong. If you have 20-30 mins to wait for your food you are good.

I placed an order on DoorDash. I don't know what the problem was with the app, but I paid $15 for a sandwich and they only sent me the bread and meat. I went to Burger King and said that it was crazy to pay $15 for a piece of bread and meat, and the drive-thru attendant was stupid and refused to help me. I said that I also worked in a restaurant and knew how cases like this worked. I asked him to at least give me the number for the DoorDash tablet. He refused to help me. He mentioned that they only had access to Uber Eats orders. Now, how is it possible to work with a third-party platform and not provide customer service!! I thought that your intention was to provide a quality sandwich/service regardless of the vehicle that it was ordered from… If I could give it 6 stars less I would, I'm upset with the lack of empathy of the human being who denies help to someone who was clearly taken, because 15 dollars of service for a piece of bread with meat is crazy

Normally the food is good. Not today! I was just served old nuggets and cold fries! My son couldn't even eat the nuggets because they were too hard and dry! Im so disappointed! The food gets a one star ? today. Waste of my money. And the manager looked like he was upset because maybe somebody called out or was on lunch so he had to take drive-thru orders. But that is besides the point. He should have ensured his employees werent serving food that should have been thrown out and replaced with fresh ones. Those nuggets looked like they were fried at 11am this morning.

Normally we go to the Newark location on Heller pkwy. They’re always great there . They separate your food so the fries aren’t all packed in. But here they have us one bag filled with all our food. The sodas weren’t filled to the top. Which is upsetting . Asked for extra ketchup on the burgers and they made them so sloppy . Crazy ketchup just oozing out . Sat at the drive thru window for a good 10 mins before getting our food we were the only ones online and we placed our order online . Go to Newark location if you can they’re better there
Please double-check your money if you use cash at this location. They consistently give back counterfeit money from $5 up. It's easy to overlook if you're using the drive-thru. I've noticed this issue since 2017, but I always forget because I rarely show up at Burger King.
Food is as good as any other Burger King. I wouldn't fault it -you're going to get what you expect.

I regret to come here. I ordered food, and the workers liked to gossip about customers. They called me a lesbian but really I am straight. But I think she is because she acts funny with me. I had a problem in the past with the manager and she takes things personal who could started that rumor. This manager acts real butchy and I have thought she is one too.
