Food is good. Combos are good even though they charged me $10 more than it says on their online menu. Plus the fact it says 2 Liter soda not 2 Liter Inca . Thank God my kids drink it because if not I would have flipped out. Customer service is horrible.. I called to order and she said “preferably cash” and before i could ask if they don’t take cards she just hung up. I called back and asked if they take cards and she said yes. I go in and I’m trying to pay to get it out of the way and she’s just on her damn phone, doesn’t even look up at me and just says you can pay when I give you your food. I came to this place a few years ago and they were so unprofessional and my son asked me to order from here and I said to myself, “maybe they got better.” Never again..now I see why they have so many bad reviews. Please hire better people or do yourself and the customers a favor and just shut down.

They Were High Recommended, Young Girl Had To Stepped In With My Huge Order I Was Placing For Next Day Mothers Day, Lady On The Counter Was Nagging That She Cant Take Order Day Before, But I Called Few Days Before And Was Told To Come Saturday. Ordered (6) Whole Rotisserie, (3) Lrg Trays Beef Fried Rice (3) Lrg Trays Chicken Fried Rice: Price Was Fare, Fried Rice Flavor Was OK, Chicken Was Good Well Done , i Would Had Give Them a (1) * Because Of That Lady Lucky The Young Girl Was There 5pm Saurday: Owner! You Need To Train That Lady Because You Know The Word Of Mouth Is Powerfull And We Drove 45 mins To Get There, There Are (3) Peruvian Restaurant By My House But We Decided To Go There

Today I had two scheduled deliveries with this restaurant, it was an order of more than 800 dollars. The first delivery all good arrived at the indicated time the food was hot everything very good the second delivery was schedule for 4:30 delivery that we received it after 5:30 when I called the restaurant the lady had the nerve to lie to me and say that the driver had a problem with his car when it was that they forgot the order I asked why they didn't call me and notified me they said they didn't have my number when the number was on the food ticket that I arrived after 5:30 they didn't call me to notify me that the delivery would arrive late and I didn't hear an apology for it either honestly the person who answered me is unprofessional believes that answering in a bad way and giving excuses comes out of responsibility honestly it's not a place to do big orders I ordered to feed a company and they were bad with a delivery more than an hour late and I had more then 30 employees waiting for the food
The food is good but the service gets worse every day with each order they don't send the chili they don't send the mayonnaise last time they sent the ceviche all the juice falls out that the owner should see I'm sorry
