I went in for take out and got bucket of ribs and chicken, also a dinner with salads and BBQ sauce Ribs ALL BURNT and chicken was very overcooked. Shameful !! this use to be the best spot. NOT anymore. I called and said, what happened ? His reply was, I put BBQ sauce on them

Don’t get me wrong the food is good but it’s very pricy . They charge way too much for their food. For $40 for chicken I can go to apple bees and pay for a meal for 2 ppl. The prices at this place are insane.

Wrong advertisement on this website. The prices do not match and their customer service completely sucks! Very rude

Very underwhelming. Since it had good reviews I gave it a shot but was ultimately disappointed.Food:Ordered the Jumbo Chicken Dinner, says in their menu that it comes with Cranberry sauce and Parker House Roll. When I tried to sub the sauce for mayo I was told it no longer comes with the sauce and they don't have mayo, when I picked up my order the Parker Roll was nowhere to be found. The chicken was super overcooked and very dry as if double cooked, flavor was underwhelming.Size wise, it was very small portions, the chicken was all small pieces, and the fries was just a small hand full of fries.Place:The place was super outdated, which in some cases would be okay. But, in this case was awful. Everything was very dirty and even the POS seemed like it was from when they first opened.Everything else was just dirty. Very repulsive place to be honest. When I brought that fact up with the employee, he shrugged it off saying that their base clientele is older people who like it just the way it is.Well, you could at least clean for them, just saying. Will surely not be going back.

The best fried chicken I have eaten so far in the USA, the gentleman who serves is very friendly, the place takes you back to the 70s, the chicken is very fresh and has good flavor.

My usual is a 10 piece dark meat (legs & thighs). I think this is the best fried chicken in town. Better than Popeyes and the other big chains. Prices have certainly gone up the last 3 years but that's because of inflation and supply chain disruptions.

Pros: good ole fried food.Cons: too expensive for typically cheap food $27 for 3 items. It was no better than kennedys fried chicken. And the food took long.
