Worst Chipotle location. Very poor service, very poor customer experience, very poor quality food. Orders are not prepared properly or short on things or mixed up with wrong items.
Food hygiene is very bad.
And the worst part they do wrong billings and when caught they said it is almost the same price. IT's NOT. They are thieves, trying to steal money from hard working people. General public is not bunch of fools who will accept whatever you do.
No Go location for me. I DO NOT recommend.

This was the worst chipotle experience ever! Their service was horrible. I ask for a bit more of shredded cheese and I was told no. Um excuse me don’t u have cheese in the back or sum
The rice is completely uncooked. This is so unacceptable. Have these employees ever been in the kitchen before? Cooking rice is the most fundamental, rudimentary task at any restaurant. When I chew on this rice, it is hard as a rock. Every bite feels like crunching on rocks....
The other thing is that this location does not give any lettuce. The hispanic employee with thick glasses, brown hair, pony tail, and a cap never gives any lettuce out. My lettuce serving included only 3 pieces. I asked for more and she only gave 1 more piece, literally. I wish I was joking

I went with my friend yesterday, and it was such a nice experience. The guy who took our order was super friendly and, honestly, he was pretty cute too, haha. The food was amazing, and even though we arrived around 10 PM and some things were already unavailable (they close at 11 PM), I totally understood. It didn’t take away from the good food. All in all, it was pretty good!!!

I buy dinner at this Kearny location 1x a week and today was prob the worst bowl I ever had. The amount of cilantro is crazy!! I can’t even get passed the strong smell of cilantro to try eat around it. 😩 Why was it mixed whole in the rice?

The ladies when you get there to pick up orders they act like they don’t see you! Very unprofessional and rude. And I order online and the order was completely wrong. Looks like they don’t read orders the right way! Bad service

The place was very dirty, I wanted to stay to eat there and I didn't for that reason, a shame, I had to eat in the car and I don't like that, so I'll think about it next time!!

Manger Evelyn decided to be rude to be & not even hear me out. Completely ignored what I said & did even try to accommodate me after waiting on the line for almost 20 minutes. When I asked her for her full name she decided to tell me “she doesn’t need to give me all of that” after started giving me more attitude & ignoring me even worst. So that’s the manger you guys have running your store ? Very very poor manger skills

Got food poisoning from here more than once. Foolish of me to try it again after the first time, but I think the management is the issue itself since the workers are genuinely really nice and hardworking (Carmin in particular was so kind) but the head manager Yamayra was rude when I spoke with her about food quality. Some kind of quality control issues with the actual food itself is definitely going on as I am not the only person I know whose had issues with food poisoning in the last 6 months here. Sucks because they seem really nice except for their manager :(

Whoever was working Tuesday October 1 around 10pm, messed up my DoorDash order like how hard is it to not mess up a damn sticker I ordered 2 bowls and I only received one that wasn’t even mine It was definitely not DoorDash fault because the bag had my name but the food was wrong please make sure you hire people that can at least do their job properly

I love chipotle. I'm closet to the kearny location. Its always dirty and the female staff always have an attitude and rude. Last night I went there because my daughter insisted on their food. There was 2 females and 1 male doing a customer order. They gave him so much food that it took two wraps and foul to close the burrito, which is fine then a guy whom already payed for his bowl came back when he almost finished, they allowed him to cut the line and fill his bowl up again without payment. I was tlking among my family and another customer about the atmosphere and the fact they barely gave my daughter food(gave her hlf a spoon a rice n chicken then told her it was no beans but there was and when the beans came out we was still in line she didn't offer, then got mad because I said "may my daughter have sum beans that she requested also a little more rice and chicken) cashier slams the recept in my bag and pushed it. It wasn't even my receipt, my payment didnt go through the first time which I knew, i was about to wlk out because she did that but I played n left. She didn't give me my receipt. Headquarters need to run the camera back on that location. This took place 9/27/24 around 8-9 something PM. It's always around this time. Should've gotten my money back and went to buffalo wild wings or Jersey Mike's next door. But anything for my daughter. I think she loves the food more than I do.
