Ordered several burrito bowl last night and was shocked at how little steak was in it—just a few tiny pieces buried under the toppings. For the price, this is unacceptable. I’ve had this item before and the portion was never this stingy. Very disappointed.

The place was very dirty and seemed poorly maintained. While the service wasn't bad, basic items like forks were missing, and the menu was extremely limited — no carnitas, just chicken, spicy chicken, and a vegetarian option. It felt like the place was abandoned, as if no one was really taking care of it.

Horrible. They are cutting the chicken up into tiny pieces like crumbs. When I asked the manger why was the chicken cut like that, she said that’s how it suppose to be. She knew she was lying. I never went to a chipotle and the chicken was cut into tiny pieces. The portion of the chicken was like it was nothing there. They are cheating the customers out of their money. The moral of the story, the managers think they own the restaurant, and making up their own rules. Totally unacceptable. The owner needs to look into this.

Came here on a Friday evening. The soda machine didn’t work except coke and another soda. Once trying to dispense it the soda was very watered down. The staff gave us a soda from the fridge which was very appreciated. Food was good!

Terrible! I got there an hour before closing time and they didn't have any protein. Ask them why the guy told me they close the kitchen at 9. I've never seen that at another Chipotle. I'm never going back. 🤦🏻♀️

she was very picky when it came to my order, she gave me little amount of rice and when i asked her for more she still gave me 3 more grains of rice BUT when she gave the other customer which was a white man and a hispanic woman she gave them larger scoops of rice, LIKE is it because im BLACK!!!???

They kept us waiting 30 min to order and AFTER we ordered the food their register broke and they turned everyone back. Threw away the food. Staff at this location is not awesome

I have been standing in a very slow moving line - which is fine - for nearly 2 hours before close while only one employee is on the line making food. All the while, the ginger-haired woman that I think is the manager is standing around doing nothing. A man in front of the line asked her if she could help the long line move faster, to which this manager said “no one cares. Are you going to tell me what to do?” He said “I think your team and the people in this line care.” She responded by saying “okay. I DONT CARE. I don’t want to help.” Absolutely disgusting “leadership” and absolute disdain for the customers of the store.

Got here at 10:35 literaly had nothing on the line told the female working the line don’t you guys close at 12 she’s no 11:30 well you still at 40 min left no white rice , no tortilla , no sour cream , no chips what’s the point ? Literaly wasted my time coming here
