We ordered a pizza that took 2 hours to even arrive cause the guy who was delivering "didn't feel like working", we filled a complaint to the manager who assured us our pie will be delivered in 10 minutes. The pie than took another 40 mins and we finally had enough and cancelled the order and asked for out money back. Right after the guy finally shows up but refuses to give us our pie cause we cancelled 1 minute prior. We will never call here again after wasting so much time.

The pizza is decent. We’re talking about Domino’s so it’s not going to be a pizzeria but what I’m here to complain about is is the wings. Don’t bother ordering!!! They are squishy, tiny and just not seasoned right. They aren’t really seasoned, just squirted with some sauce. If you do get them, I recommend shaking the box before opening so at least they’re decently covered.

Completely wrong pizza was delivered, so I called and told them. I was told no problem I will have my correct pie 30 minutes. 1 hour later and three hang ups still no pizza. Finally Akil (a manager) answers. Completely rude refused to give his name had to call back again to get it from the main supervisor. No pizza 2 hour and 30 minutes later. Was told he could not refund me!!!! Finally when I spoke to someone else on the phone they refunded me. Awful customer service !!!!!!!!!!!

This location in Kearny is the worst! Something is ALWAYS wrong with the order. Every time I’ve ordered, they messed up on the toppings or items were missing. Calling won’t fix your problem either.

I had a terrible experience with Domino’s tonight. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread and Mac n cheese with bacon. I received the jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread. I called the store and they said they would deliver correct item. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I just realized now that they also forgot to put bacon on Mac n cheese. VERY POOR SERVICE!!

I ordered my pizzas, a 2 litter soda and a marinara sauce, I’ve been ordering for a while online. They always call me at the delivery time so I go out and give a cash tip, this time no call, an incomplete order.. and I called 4 times, they trick me saying the delivery will be here in 10 to 15 minutes.. it’s been 2 hours and nothing.. very disappointing..
When the order says READY and you walk in only to find out it's NOT ready and have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes and they can't explain why they marked it as ready when it wasn't, that causes problems. Parking is abysmal here so if I'm trying to get in and out I will wait until the order is ready. Stop telling me it's ready if it isn't. Shouldn't be this hard

-10/5. Worst Dominos store. We ordered Alfredo pasta in which half pasta was not cooked and there is hardly any Alfredo sauce. We also ordered the Spicy Jalapeños Pineapple chicken which smelt bad and I am 100% sure it is spoilt and stale. How can a restaurant serve their customers spoiled food is beyond my comprehension. Never going to order from this store ever again.
