OMGTotal and absolute disaster, my order was more than an hour late, the pizza was colder, I even think the soda was hotter than the pizza. I call and they tell me that they had the wrong address and I ask to speak to the manager and he answers me with a complete IGNORANT, giving me attitude and not recognizing his mistake... throwing the money in the trash ???

2/24/24 Today I placed a order at 4:53pm I give my phone number my address I placed what I wanted the person give me the total I have to pay , I call back at 5:55pm to see what happened with my order NO Surprise for me the same guy take my order said I don’t have no order at all after one hour waiting very stupid they just play with the people because I recognize his voice this is very stupid. I have to order back everything because my 5 years granddaughter wants pizza from there but this is the the last I order from that store. This dominos was always solid. Recently the last two times I ordered pizza something changed. It seems like whoever is cooking the pizza is not reading the specific directions like “well done” or “extra pizza sauce.” Definitely has gone down in quality about a month ago.

WARNING!Do not order from here in any sort of way. My food never arrived. They didnt give me any sort of refund. I called the store, no answer for 20 minutes. I ordered the same thing again. This time they canceled it after half an hour on “In Progress”, for no reason. Did it again and the same thing happened again. The guy prepping my order was named Gabriel yet I refuse to believe anyone actually works there. Save your money and time. Gonna call corporate after this review.

I placed an order online, waited 45 minutes and the app informed me that the pizza was delivered, but we did not receive the pizza. We called and complained and were told that our pizza was delivered elsewhere and that they would send us another pizza. We waited another 45 minutes and called again to see what was happening: they told us that the driver forgot to pick up the pizza and that they would have to make another pizza. It's 9:45 at night and we still don't have pizza to eat, in other words: we don't know if we will receive this pizza today or tomorrow

This has to be the worst experience ever. I'v never had a order come to my house 3 different time with the wrong item in it. The manager who was on tonight. Needs to be fired or go threw some type of training to deal with customers. Now it is 10:40 at night and still don't have my other correct sandwich.
