Terrible experience at this Dunkin’. The staff didn’t even make my coffee properly, and on top of that, they were unbelievably rude. I don’t usually complain, but the attitude and lack of basic customer service were honestly unacceptable. Definitely not coming back until they learn how to treat customers and make a simple drink right.

Went on oct 3rd 4:00pm literally no one in the store ordered hot caramel & french vanilla latte and sandwich latte is cold and doesn’t even has any flavor, single guy working cleaning floor and started making my coffee order 6 bucks, no taste or no hospitality horrible Dunkin in vicinity all the Dunkin around are super cool except this one

I went there today (September 5th, 2025) just to grab a Strawberry Dragon fruit Refresher. There was only one person working at the counter which was kind of bad for the time that I went (about 3:40pm) when there was lot's of people out and about, kids coming out from school, etc. The place was really quiet, no music was playing, there were quiet chats from people sitting at tables, overall not too much going on. The interior + exterior was very outdated. It has all the old Dunkin' Donuts branding and style, and the place was just overall very dirty. Flies were flying around, and I didn't even want to check out the restroom because I already knew how bad it was going to be in there. The food/my drink was very good as always, but it took a little bit to get since there was only one person working at the time. Overall, this Dunkin' is not recommended for when you just want to grab something quick, because you will be waiting a while if you do order from there.

I was a visiting a friend in Kearny and came into this store twice last week. I'm deeply disturbed by the anti-immigrant rhetoric I heard coming from the staff inside this establishment this week. I know you guys think people are not listening but we can hear you. This a scary time for our people in our towns and in our country who are being targeted by hate from our government, we do not need to be targets within businesses that claim to be diverse and welcoming.
Every employee in there is from an immigrant family, and could be a target at any time, whether they are legal or not. Maybe they should be reminded of that.
Otherwise, I'll stick to the store on park ave, where they clearly don't hate me for being an immigrant.

Great on the go, on the move, or on travel. Personally I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches - they're easy, convenient, and enjoyable to eat. The one below in the picture is a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bun. Haven't had one of these in years, reminded me of how delicious they were.
