Ordered curbside pickup 2/3 times from this location and Everytime I had to go inside the store to find they didn't start my order or it has been sitting there for a while. There's only 1 or 2 employees inside. If you're understaffed then don't offer curbside pickup at your location! They also often get the number of pumps wrong on my drinks.

If you order from the delivery apps PLEASE order from one of the other DD's in the area. You will get your orders significantly faster with less screw ups. As someone who actually picks up and does the deliveries I promise you you'll be better off. The amount of times i show up and leave WITHOUT the order is ridiculous. The one on Ridge road and Schuyler Ave have their act together. This place definitely does not.

I ordered a lemonade refresher and a croissant and after I drank half of my lemonade refresher I noticed this gunk on the inside of my cup I couldn’t believe that I drank that inside my drink idk if it was mold or the Dunkin worker who made my drink gave me a dirty cup this is unacceptable and very disgusting

This Dunkin is a regular Dunkin the last time I went here I ordered on the mobile app thought I ordered to my regular location (Closet to my house) Turns out I made a mistake and ordered to this one. Clicked on the "Directions" button in the app and got the address for this place. When I got there I was told they did not have my order. Turns out the dunkin I ordered to was another one but when I clicked on the "directions" button it sent me to this location. So it was a mistake in the app. I asked if they could make it they told me they could not I was disappointed but understood and tried to explain to the supervisor (Taller Hispanic Woman) that the directions were incorrect on the app and if she could give a corporate number so I could call in and let them know about the app problem. Got told by the supervisor "You just don't know how to drive." Safe to say she did not understand that it was a problem with the app.

Nastiest woman working the counter today at 10:45. Asked for a dollar donut with a Large iced americano and she denied me, and started to get nasty & raised her voice at me, after I told her the Dunkin I go to everyday does it for me. I then said I guess this place is managed differently. The other staff members were just as nasty, adding to the situation. Get some nicer staff members and fix your menu. Horrible management & staff.
I really enjoy going to Dunkin. The egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin, a cup of coffee with milk, and a coffee cake muffin is a perfect brunch.
