First time eating at this location. Three girls working this night. They all did an excellent job. I bought a number 7 wrapwith chips and a drink. They know there stuff. Great job ladies.

This was my first time in the store and every employee was helpful and courteous.

Jersey Mike's is terrible. I ordered today and requested rosemary parm bread and they gave me white. If you don't have the bread cancel the order. Everyone doesn't eat white bread. But of course they wouldn't do that because they want the money, foolish cause Uber eats will give me back my money and you lose a customer.

This place is completely discussing they have employees which cook and deal with food with no hair nets , I took a picture of it and department of health will be notified hope people this twice before going to this location in Kearny very rude management

Now I'm being asked to email store for what? I wrote details of what happened there's even a picture attached

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before. The employees are more interested in carrying on conversations than making your order. They “finished” my sandwich by stacking the bread without asking if I wanted oregano, OV, etc (which i wanted all). They then had the audacity to say “Just so you know, next time say something prior to me stacking the sub”. So instead of asking the customer if there’s anything else I’d like, they assume and then verbally challenge you instead. After this, they left my sandwich by the register for 3 minutes without wrapping it while starting other orders without finishing.

They didn’t wrap my sub right and it made a huge mess, fell out all over my car

today is 11/27/24 the two young kids working today at night are really good kids and polite they always make me the best sandwiches. Hope management know they are good staff members

Jersey Mike’s Subs is the best around and can put sub-way to shame! Jersey Mikes stacks on thinly sliced meat, cheese and even bacon to make your sandwich just the way you want it! There’s are plenty of additional toppings and even a special Jersey Mikes special sauce/relish. Whether you order the sandwich cold or hot this is bound to be the best quick service sandwich maker in town!

I visit this location often, and can’t give enough PRAISE, on the staff at this location. The staff is always so upbeat & friendly. They always greet you with a smile, no matter how busy the store is. The store is always clean, and the staff actually thoroughly clean the slicer, which is a major plus for me. Quite often I’ve been to several delicatessen (that I won’t name) who will slice pork products, and not bother to clean the slicer. Nowww, on to the sandwich making, the staff definitely pays closr attention to detail, and they don’t skimp on the meat. Whatever this location is doing to keep their employees moral, please continue doing so! Great Job!

apparently reading is too hard for this location as they can't seem to get even the most basic orders right.Ordered two subs and they got both wrong. Never again.
