They didn’t wrap my sub right and it made a huge mess, fell out all over my car

today is 11/27/24 the two young kids working today at night are really good kids and polite they always make me the best sandwiches. Hope management know they are good staff members

Jersey Mike’s Subs is the best around and can put sub-way to shame! Jersey Mikes stacks on thinly sliced meat, cheese and even bacon to make your sandwich just the way you want it! There’s are plenty of additional toppings and even a special Jersey Mikes special sauce/relish. Whether you order the sandwich cold or hot this is bound to be the best quick service sandwich maker in town!

I visit this location often, and can’t give enough PRAISE, on the staff at this location. The staff is always so upbeat & friendly. They always greet you with a smile, no matter how busy the store is. The store is always clean, and the staff actually thoroughly clean the slicer, which is a major plus for me. Quite often I’ve been to several delicatessen (that I won’t name) who will slice pork products, and not bother to clean the slicer. Nowww, on to the sandwich making, the staff definitely pays closr attention to detail, and they don’t skimp on the meat. Whatever this location is doing to keep their employees moral, please continue doing so! Great Job!

apparently reading is too hard for this location as they can't seem to get even the most basic orders right.Ordered two subs and they got both wrong. Never again.

The manager was rude and order took too long. Would advise going to Secaucus Location.

While the fact that it's Jersey Mike's gives it an advantage, as far rating it goes, to begin with, this place has room for improvement. Food's good, but the service and employee attitude need work.

Some of the staff members are okay but most pretty rude especially the tall person with the long braids in. Never really have a good experience here better to just go to Lyndhurst Jersey

If I could give no stars I would. Rude staff, especially the short dark haired girl cutting the meet. Attitude was ridiculous. Place is filthy. Sandwich tasted bland. Worth the drive over to Bayonne where they are pleasant, don't screw up your order OR give you attitude. Blame this fiasco on the owner of the franchise. My visit was 6/17 around 1:30.

I've had jersey mikes for a long time and this location makes terrible sandwiches. They don't taste the same. In addition they are not clean or offer old meats as I got really bad stomach issues from their food. Stay away from this location

We placed an order to this location and when the order arrived one sandwich was missing and 6 out of the 8 sandwiches ordered were made incorrectly. We called the location to discuss what happened with our order and we were met with hostility from the staff and while we were asking about the refund process, the rude staff member hung up the phone. We will NEVER order from this location again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kearny has some of the rudest employees. Terrible for business. Never again.

The ladies working here know what they’re doing! Excellent teamwork and care on display making sandwich after sandwich. And my sub came out delicious as always.
