The customer service is absolutely horrible. I called to place an order to be delivered to my Real Estate Office on Midland Ave, and the young lady on the phone was rude. I asked if they were able to make something similar to a meat lover's pizza and she spoke to me as if I was making an insulting request. Once we settled on a pizza, I politely asked if the pie could be cut in squares. We are aware that there will be some small and unique pieces, but we order it this way all the time, and we really enjoy it. She rudely told me that they are not willing to cut the pie in any more than 8 traditional slices. Both of these issues could have been bypassed if she was simply polite. But she wasnt! My office and all of my agents will be ordering elsewhere. Joe's will not get our business. What a shame.

Best pizza in Kearny hands down. Joe's been making the pies at this place with his family for probably 30 years at this point. The place is spotless, the food is fresh, the pizza is always the same. And any of the shrimp, chicken, sausage parm sandwiches are no joke.
