Dined In on Sunday and was our first time at K-Pot. Our server named Essie was great. She was funny and attentive. Made drink suggestions and recommended food choices and made us a sauce to baste our BBQ. Will definitely be returning. Great food and service.

He had an amazing time they saying happy birthday to him our waitress Sherry was amazing, very attentive, and the manager even checked on us periodically I felt very much at home and we had a ton of laughs and food. Let me start by saying Raul is an amazing server, we love k pot and he made our experience better by showing us something new. I won’t spoil anything but if you want the best experience definitely ask for him. The manager Ms.Cindy is very nice as well. In addition to her reliability and performance, Ms.Cindy also offers an intuitive control panel that makes managing her servers a breeze. I promise you won’t regret it. Big thanks again to the K-pot Team and also Kai I appreciate you hosting us quickly we were really hungry.

The short rib is amazing and has become my favorite. The Kearny location is very clean and I have not had bad service the 2 times I have been there. Staff is very friendly. Today i had a really "bad experience" in kpot (kearny location). Me and my husband went to kpot kearny this is our 4th time visiting kpot. we are enjoying the food but later on my husband asked the waiter "do you guys have refill for the soup" and the waiter said they do have the refill for the soup so we asked for it. and surprisingly the waiter brought the flask and he refilled the bowl with the hot water instead of soup. i am frustrated like hell and went straight to the guy who is there in the front desk i explained him the situation and he said our management told us to do it... One thing i didn't understand that how can we eat somthing that there is 25% of soup in that bowl and when u asked for the refill for the soup they added 50% of water to it and said thats the refill how can we eat it and how " disrespectful that thing is" Bad experience and i never faced something like this before "0" rating to the kpot kearny!
Waited for 45 minutes to be offered a table facing the door. I declined as this table get very cold from the door draft. I was pushed to the side and asked to wait until a table opens up. There were at least 4 open tables and people that came after us were already seated at a different table. We inquired about the wait and were advised to wait or if we would like we can go somewhere else.

HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY. THE BEST SERVICE THERE IS. We came here today because my daughter wanted korean hotpot and bbq but my husband couldn’t eat any meat today because of religious related. On the first and fifteen of every lunar month, my husband eats only vegetables. We went to KPOT and the restaurant policy here stated “anyone that is sitting at the table will be charged as part of the experience.” With this policy at hand, that would mean that my husband would‘ve had pay to just sit there and watch us eat. So we asked the waiter if he can just sit there and not eat anything which means he doesn’t have to pay, the waiter got us the manager to discuss this issue. Manager Chen not only allowed my husband to sit in the booth with us without charge, but he also was respectful, kind, and an excellent cook. He cooked the meat for the BBQ and even gave an offer to my husband for a free vegetarian soup base and vegetarian foods because he didn’t want my husband to watch us eat. This was so kind of him. He also recommended foods which I really enjoyed. I will definitely be coming back again. Because of this lovely experience, I recommended this place to everyone.
