My husband and I had dinner at Libelulu last week and it was great! The service couldn’t be better and the food was delicious. We started with the ceviche, had Ropa Vieja and chicken entrees and rice pudding for dessert. I highly recommend!

We happen to be looking around for a cafe (baby friendly) tonight and this place didn't disappoint! Owner and everyone there was super friendly and welcoming to my 7month old! Super accomodating and service was exceptional! For all the mommies, their bathroom has a changing table! Love, love, love this place! The atmosphere is great. The owners are so attentive and sweet. And the food is out of this world. And as far as a previous review complaining about wait time for food. Everything is made from scratch and well worth the wait. U will not be disappointed eating here.
The food at Libelula is of Venezuelan origin. I was in Caracas many years ago and the choices seem to be authentic. If you order the tilapia in lemon sauce, as I did, then you get two side dishes. On different occasions these included black beans, sweet plantains, fried yucca, and the green salad. The first three of these were especially tasty. I strongly recommend the arepas which are a kind of sweet corn pancake with a choice of various fillings. The fruit juices are homemade and I recommend the strawberry, passion fruit, and mango. The owner and staff are very friendly and make it encouraging to return. It is also quiet except for some busy weekend evenings, so lunchtime features a relaxed atmosphere. I plan to return soon.
