My son and I frequent both this location and the North Arlington. Been going for years and they always take good care of us. The variety is great and the food always is delicious. We enjoy the ambience and the staff is helpful.This location is a little different from the North Arlington one that we mostly attend. However, it is just as delicious.

I bought food from this place, which is where I always like to eat with my family, and when I got home I realized that they didn't give me anything. I called the restaurant and they told me no, we threw it away, because they gave it well. It was a tray of flautas with rice and beans, there was only half of the tray, there was nothing and here I am going to leave photos for you to see.

One of the best spots in Kearny. A small store that has a lot of personality. Been coming here since highschool and the quality of food has never gone down. I always opt for the Al Pastor burrito but the chicken flautas and steak quesadilla are good back ups as well. Don't forget your Mexican coke!

This is a small mom and pop place with lots of Mexican decor all around. I truly enjoyed their salsa and their effort on esthetics. I would add a little more seasoning to the beans to really bring them to life. Their tacos were good if you just need something quick like. I tried their birraria tacos as well and the flavor is there but would recommend allowing them to roast longer so it's not so soggy. Now the thing that I would really recommend if You come to this place, is their rice pudding it's absolutely amazing and a must try . They serve it as a drink and it was delicious

The reviews definitely held up to the hype, the food tasted really fresh, and the portion for the price you paid was amazing. I got the chicken quesadilla and they easily added the peppers and onions to my order as requested. My fiance and I were both able to eat off of this one dish and become full. I will definitely be back to try more dishes from this place, I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good and authentic Mexican food.

Cannot follow simple requests/instructions. We ordered sopes with ONLY beans, cheese, meat, and sour cream. We were given sopes with salsa. Now this wouldn’t be an issue for other people but for someone who can’t handle spice, this was basically a waste of money. Could not eat the food we paid for because they can’t be bothered to listen to the customer. Some might say you can just wipe it off but the flavor still remained after removing everything from the sopes and placing the toppings back on.
