I asked for a nutella bowl with granola and no strawberry or banana i also asked for a regular açaí bowl with just granola and strawberries no banana or nutella. she had a difficult time understanding this through the phone even though i repeated it to her multiple times. when I finally got the food she gave me a nutella bowl with strawberries and granola and gave me another nutella bowl with granola strawberries and bananas. I feel as if the employees should be able to listen over the phone to get the orders correct and be able to serve customers happily

I order from here frequently on DoorDash and usually have no problems. Today i ordered an Acai bowl with strawberries and bananas when i opened the bowl i found a BUG on one of the strawberries. CHECK YOUR FRUIT BEFORE YOU SERVE IT TO CUSTOMERS that is disgusting and unacceptable!! never thought I would be writing a review like this. Thanks to DoorDash I got a refund used to love this place but sadly will not order from here again.

The best açaí bowls everrr!! The workers are so sweet and have the best customer service. Açaí bowls are made ready to eat so they will melt within the first hour, not their fault that’s just how they’re made! Their Portuguese pastries are also delicious.

I came her around 6:30 today and ordered an açaí bo with condensed milk when I received the bowl there was barely enough condensed milk to cover the top and there was hardly any I come here all the time and love the food and service but I wish they would not be cheap with the ingredients and people get what they pay for

Google doesn’t let me reply , but I’m the gentleman that was returning the drink , I came back two hours later because I don’t live at Kearny . I came to this location because I like the coconut bowl and my girlfriend wanted to try the smoothie and sandwich. I return back just to exchange the drink , I didn’t ask for a refund or gave you a hard time only an exchange of drink and you said no you can’t so I dispose the drink in the garbage. If I was to order this on Uber app and ask for a refund they would have refunded me the money with no problem. But this is your policy but understand I came from a different township , when I got home I wanted to relax before I leave again to head to work.

I purchased a açaí smoothie and a coconut bowl and a turkey mista , the sandwich and the coconut was good but the açaí smoothie tasted bad to me , I drive back to this location to exchange my drink that I barely even drank due to the fact that it didn’t taste right . When I got there they told me there’s noting they do so I just threw my drink anyway in front of them so I just wasted 7$ for noting , when they could of just made a new drink and I would of been fine with that but I won’t be coming here anymore .
