Hello, two days ago I had a date with my boyfriend at this place in the afternoon and we ate e, unfortunately we had a bad time because the açaí was bad, the fruit was stale but the rest was good, please, I would like you to check or try the fruit Before doing it seriously I had a bad moment, I wanted to eat it but the unpleasant taste wouldn't let me. improve that please?

I came her around 6:30 today and ordered an açaí bo with condensed milk when I received the bowl there was barely enough condensed milk to cover the top and there was hardly any I come here all the time and love the food and service but I wish they would not be cheap with the ingredients and people get what they pay for

Google doesn’t let me reply , but I’m the gentleman that was returning the drink , I came back two hours later because I don’t live at Kearny . I came to this location because I like the coconut bowl and my girlfriend wanted to try the smoothie and sandwich. I return back just to exchange the drink , I didn’t ask for a refund or gave you a hard time only an exchange of drink and you said no you can’t so I dispose the drink in the garbage. If I was to order this on Uber app and ask for a refund they would have refunded me the money with no problem. But this is your policy but understand I came from a different township , when I got home I wanted to relax before I leave again to head to work.

I purchased a açaí smoothie and a coconut bowl and a turkey mista , the sandwich and the coconut was good but the açaí smoothie tasted bad to me , I drive back to this location to exchange my drink that I barely even drank due to the fact that it didn’t taste right . When I got there they told me there’s noting they do so I just threw my drink anyway in front of them so I just wasted 7$ for noting , when they could of just made a new drink and I would of been fine with that but I won’t be coming here anymore .

I tried calling and asking if they have dairy free options, like for the protein, granola, etc. The person on the phone didn’t even know what dairy free was, even said it in Spanish, I asked her to check packaging to see if their products had dairy and she refused to help. She was super unhelpful. Sucks they don’t have dairy free / vegan options, it’s 2023.Dietary restrictions: They do not have vegan options for people with dairy allergies with is 60% of the USA

I had a turkey panini, it was a little bit of overkill with the cheese, meanwhile I was searching for the meat lol. Besides that flavor was decent. Cappuccino is DELICIOUS! My fav in this area so far. Spinach feta pastry is tasty as well I recommend if you’re looking to stop for a pastry and coffee. Haven’t tried the fruit bowls yet!

First time visiting and purchasing. What amazing me is when I see the Pac Game Machine. OH LORD!! Childhood game. The place is not big. It wasn't crowded. The lady and the gentleman were polite. I ordered the coconut base bowl, and the coconut tasted like Linbel(spanish Icee). They will never be like the Playa Bowl.. I would go back to order the coconut base Acai bowl again. My partner ordered the Passionfruit Acai bowl, and instead, they gave him the Mango Acai bowl. Good to enjoy ? in the summer when it's hot.
