This panera location is a disgrace with online ordering. Placed an online order today at 3:18pm and received the order @ 5:37pm. Totally unacceptable, I contacted the store and spoke to the manager around 4:55pm and she advised the order is handle via an outside vendor and it would be picked up in 5 minutes. Still in all the order was received 42 minutes later! And naturally the soup was cold, both caesar salads uncovered and the mango smoothie spilled in the bag. Horrible Horrible

I’m a loyal Panera customer and always get the chicken chipotle sandwich wherever I go, since it usually delivers consistent taste, portion, and value. Unfortunately, this location fell short the sandwich was surprisingly bland and disappointing.

I always order ahead of time, usually about 19 minutes before I arrive, and my order is never ever ready on time. I still end up waiting in my car for another 10 minutes. On top of that, the drinks are always filled mostly with ice instead of the actual drink. Very disappointing service.

I ordered the chicken pesto ciabatta dipper sandwich it was awful. The pesto was missing in the sandwich and they had added a different spicy spread. It was disgusting. They played with my order.

I have been to this Panera Bread a few times since it has opened. After yesterday visit I will not be going ever again. My other visits it was a long late for the food even in the drive through. But yesterday I had some type of Italian sandwich and Mac and cheese and a kitchen sick cookie. Today at 3am I woke up sick and that was the last thing I hate. Never again will I go here.
