Another day I ordered jalepeno and they give me pepperoni toppings and got my money refunded. So irresponsible employees

Horrible. Calling them is like calling an Indian customer service in India. 10 minutes to order 2 pizzas. When you call the number it doesn't call the actual store but some call center. Then you get called back to receive some bad news about your order. Digital age is horrible.

I have been a customer of this Papa John's outlet since 2015. On December 8th, we ordered our usual custom veggie topping pizza, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations this time. The pizza was undercooked, had a raw taste, and the toppings were falling off while eating. While I understand that human errors can happen, we had to discard half of the pizza. I hope for a better experience next time and won’t be disappointed again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I pre-ordered 2 XL pepperoni for delivery for the following day at 730 PM. Pies never came. I called the store and manager said he just got the order and I said to cancel it and give me a refund then he said the driver is on his way. So which story is it, they just got it or the driver on his way? I said to cancel the order and refund my money. The manager just said OK and hung up the phone. I called the main Papa Johns customer service 10 mins later to make sure they canceled and refund the order. The customer service rep said the order is not cancelled and refunded. She called the store and nobody picked up the phone and just kept ringing. Customer Service called me back and said they're going to refund me my money on her side and will file a complaint against the store.

If I could I would give this papa John’s branch a -10, I had order my food online and waited for them to deliver it after three hours of waiting and giving them the benefit of the doubt they could have been busy but after the three hours I called and asked them what was going on they said my order didn’t exist but they took the money out of my account and told me there was nothing they could do, couldn’t get my food or the money back and had to talk to the customer service people and she was not understanding a single thing I was say I’ve never had a problem anywhere else but here

Through the app an offer was given to buy one get one for $3.14 on "Pie Day". When we entered to purchase, we wanted to offer the BOGO, the cashier had no idea what we were talking about. He did give us the deal after we showed him the offer on the app. Overall, the Papa John that is in Kearny are kind and courteous.
