Very poor specification on your part of the cashier, without any solution they force you to carry the order and due to poor specification, if it were not for the clients you would not work there, the client is always right!!

I order a Mostrito to go and I tell the girl that I only have 11 dollars on my card and the rest in cash and she tells me let's see if we can, she makes me wet to go to the restaurant to tell me that she won't receive the 11 dollars, she doesn't even have tact and cordiality to serve a person you have to serve and provide a solution to the customers and have a good face without making a bad face at the customers what a shame that because of an employee the customers do not return, the product is very good but her attitude is very bad

My family and I drove two and a half hours from Connecticut just to eat El Hornero's grilled chicken! It is the chicken that most reminds me of grilled chicken from Peru. Highly recommended!

Usually order from this place a couple times a year they’ve always held there end with serving delicious plates and combos BUT I make no exception to horrible customer service I ordered 60$ of food and when I asked for extra sauce they really wanted to charge me $1 lol and gave me an attitude because I said 2 sauces wasn’t enough for 2 orders of chaufa…deja las caras largas en casa

I’ve been eating here for many years. I love the taste but lately the chicken looks abused and purple when you open it . Is sad because the taste is great . I don’t think I’ll eat here ever again , they are using bad chicken.
