Beware, they add gratuity on the bill regardless of party size. They don't mention this either written or verbally, so you wind-up tipping on a bill that's inflated by 18%. I've been going out for dinner an average of once per week for years and have never seen this practice in any other establishment. This shadiness alone will prevent me from ever returning.

Amazing restaurant!. We went last night to Q'tal Bar and Grill following a friend recommendation. Party of 17 people. Food, drinks and customer service were excellent. We were very happy. I will definitely visit it again soon. Obrigado.

It is a nice place with very good food and atmosphere but service that I experienced recently was one star only. I arrived with my family and we ordered an entry for the kids and an apetizer right away. We were waiting 1.5 hours for the kids food and the apetizer to arrive! We were hungry. The restaurant didn't seem very busy and I asked multiple times different waitresses where is the food (our waitress wasn't coming to check on our table). It would be fair if they...
