I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Red White & Que Smokehouse, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The star of the meal was undoubtedly the pastrami sandwich. I would prefer it on sourdough bread though. The creamy slaw added a refreshing crunch that balanced out the heaviness of the other dishes.
The jalapeño cheese sausage was a standout as well, offering a nice kick that delighted my taste buds without being overpowering. The brisket was tender and juicy, showcasing the smokehouse's expertise in preparing meats. Lastly, the pulled pork was incredibly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Overall, the combination of these dishes made for a fantastic meal. If you're a fan of barbecue, I highly recommend visiting Red White & Que Smokehouse for a mouthwatering feast!

A long 7+ hour day with 5 hours driving and alls my kids wanted was Red, White and Que when we got home. Left where we were early enough to get back in time before closing! This should signify what we think of this place. We love the food, no one seems disgruntled, and the owner really seems like good people. They give much respect to our soldiers and first responders. And when i asked my kids what they were grateful for at bedtime, one of them said that they got to go to Red, White and Que today. Got to love that.
