Shrinkflation to the highest going on in this location I will never return back here. They totally ripped me off the food was not even tasty the noodles was dry and the chicken was hard. They might as well not even be called Sarku, take your money else where for a better meal.

We visited Sarku Japan with our family, and my wife really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, there are hardly any vegetarian options available, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and patient, which made the experience even better. The ambience was pleasant, and the tables were well-maintained and clean. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, which would have added a bit more convenience.

I come to this Sarku Japan at least once a week for my lunch break with some of my coworkers. As soon as you step out of the car, you can smell the chicken teriyaki it’s amazing! There’s never a long line because the cashier is super fast and helpful. I even asked for her name Kawtar and she’s always smiling and friendly. The whole staff works quickly and efficiently. I love coming here and will definitely keep coming back!

I love sarku Japan..however I purchased a fountain drink (diet coke) & it was watered down.. So I ask the worker, is it okay if I get a can Diet Coke bec the fountain is watered down & she said I have to pay for it…. What bout the fountain cup I paid for?

Tables, seats, and counter are dirty. Person taking orders barely speaks English so you can’t ask any questions. Got something that was completely different than I ordered. The food was too salty to even eat.

I purchased dragon roll and spicy tuna roll. Both has 8 pieces which is great. They were cheap with the wasabi, only giving me the tiniest dab. But the rolls were good. The tables where you eat could have used a wipe down. There was pieces of rice and dried up sauce visibly on a couple of tables.
I’m not sure about the sanitary standards of this store because I’ve gotten food poisoning twice at this establishment. The first instant, I thought it was just coincidence I was throwing up and having diarrhea. But these symptoms appeared again another few months later when I decided to give this restaurant another chance. Beware of this restaurant! There are safer options out there.

This location is very clean and professional, with plenty of seating available for customers. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better.
