Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Pork Belly is the same cut as bacon. It's cubes of meaty fatty goodness. Twice smoked, once in our house rub and then again tossed in sauce. Every order comes with house BBQ sauce, Vinegar sauce, pickled onions, pico de gayo and a dinner roll.
Pork Spare Ribs
Full spare ribs, 3 bones per order. Every order comes with house BBQ sauce, Vinegar sauce, pickled onions, pico de gallo and a dinner roll.
Smoked Turkey
Smoked turkey breast isn't your typical thanksgiving turkey, she juicy, cut in slices and season with our house rub. Every order comes with house BBQ sauce, Vinegar sauce, pickled onions, coleslaw and a dinner roll.

Five jumbo full chicken wings. Marinated for 24hrs in our Cuban citrus mojo, Then smoked.

I highly recommend this place if you're craving quality meat such as brisket, pork belly, and turkey breast
They also offer excellent side dishes that won't disappoint
I ordered the meat platter, turkey breast, brisket, pork belly burnt ends and pork mojo all of which were outstanding

Might have been the best food I had the whole trip, but it was quite expensive, and the portion sizes left a bit to be desired (yes I'm aware you order by the 1/4 pound yet for the price you don't get a very fulfilling amount of food). I still have dreams about the burnt pork ends however...

Pork belly burnt ends were great! The meat comes with sides and its a great bang for your buck. Great prices for todays BBQ and the guy working was very helpful and kind. They also had a great brisket chili that came free with both our meals.
