This gentleman has to be recognized for the exceptional customer service skills! I went to Starbucks very early this morning and I was greeted so pleasantly by Shahad. I was truly amazed that customers skills he possessed still exist in the world especially at 7AM.

I have been a loyal customer at this location since it first opened. Over the years, I have come across three exceptional employees. One of them is Gabe, whom I first met in 2024. Gabe is incredibly kind and patient with the customers, and I have always had a positive experience with him. The other two employees are supervisors.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by another employee named Melanie. Her constant interference in my conversation with her co-worker...
