Two hours waiting for an Uber order... it makes no sense, you call the restaurant and the number doesn't work... total lack of respect for the customer and for the delivery people who work on a time-based basis...

Really bad service, food is okay but people that works there I guess don't want customers to call them and place order over the phone, cause they always have the phone block so when you call it goes straight to the voicemail. When there twice my self to place an order and let them know that the phone was block, they unblocked it and when I left and called them back to add something else to my order the phone was block again....

This place is horrible especially with customer service. I ordered on DoorDash and within 60 seconds called the actual store to cancel, they told me they could not. I explained to her that since it’s literally been 60 seconds, she can tell the kitchen as the place was busy. She refused and told me to do it through the app. The app said to call them which i explained and had screen shot. She decided to hang up on me and refused to answer my calls. So I decided to walk across the street as that’s where I live from this place. All of a sudden a manager comes out, all of a sudden I can be refunded but guess what. It’s been a week with nothing, i called today same run around and they hung up again. Please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Their service sucks.

They have very bad delivery service, they say they pick up in 30 minutes and on some occasions when I go to pick up they tell me to come back in 20 minutes later because they are not ready yet. A lot of time is wasted when you have to return more than once for the order.

The food was delicious and the entertainment was good, only issue was the service. People that were there there after us were served their food first and my husband waited almost an hour to get arroz chaufa which doesn’t even take 20 mins to make the same thing with my arroz de mariscos, Besides that I would return to try other dishes.

the reason I am giving 2 stars is because it took them over one hour to get my food to go, and it was not busy at all, it was a wednesday evening, i came over at 7pm and didnt leave until after 8pm. The people behind the kitchen were laughing, talking on their phones, it was like there was no sense of urgency on taking care of business. Don't get me wrong, the rolls were great, but this type of service gave me such bad taste, I would understand if it was busy and everyone was running around, but no, workers on their phone talking and laughing? I feel bad for the hostess, she was actually really nice and trying to make them hurry up, disappointed.
The food is ok!! But the service is the worse!!! The first Sushito sucks!!! And the 2nd is the same!!! If you planning to go there!! Make sure you eat a big snack!!! Because your food will take more than 50 minutes to arrive at your table!!! And it gets worse if you take the family!!(one of them will be done eating and the other one will be waiting for their food!!!) Good luck if you wanna eat there!!!

If you come here be prepared to wait minimum one hour. I had to wait more than 1 hour and a half for my order (4 portions of sushi rolls) to be handed to me since I first ordered them for take-out. The restaurant wasnt full, only a few tables taken and still got all of us waiting (yeah, I was not the only one waiting or complaning about this).
Food is not the problem, nothing wrong with it, actually I love it. The big issue with this restaurant is the waiting time.
