Customer service sucked. The lady making the pizza seemed as though she didn't want to be there or even take our order. The guy was so busy in his phone. No one greeted us as well walked in to get food horrible experience. Maybe they wasn't having a good day, maybe I'll try again and give another review.

Update from owner reply: what the owner replied with is an absolute lie, they never offered to re-make my order with the promotion I had. They manually brought down the system to avoid giving me the deal I got for the pizza. They just won’t admit it.I will be in touch with the corporation for this behavior.I would highly suggest all customers to avoid this location at any cost and go to a better pizza place around town otherwise you will be letdownExtremely Disappointing Experience at Urban Bricks in Kearny, NJMy recent experience at Urban Bricks in Kearny, NJ, was nothing short of a complete letdown, to say the least. This was the second time I had encountered a similar issue at this location, and it has left me with no intention of ever visiting Urban Bricks again or recommending it to anyone.I placed an online order, eagerly anticipating a delicious meal. However, upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up my food, I was met with a shocking and infuriating accusation. The person working there claimed that they had not received any order and, even worse, insinuated that my mobile order had somehow brought down their system. It was an absurd claim that left me bewildered.What made matters worse was the complete lack of accommodation and assistance from the restaurant staff. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or provide any form of customer service, the person at the restaurant was unbelievably rude and indifferent to my concerns. It was as if they intentionally wanted to sabotage my order and steal my money.To add insult to injury, this was not the first time I had experienced such issues at this particular Urban Bricks location. The fact that this was a recurring problem speaks volumes about their poor management and customer service.In conclusion, my recent visit to Urban Bricks in Kearny, NJ, was a nightmarish experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The accusations, the rudeness, and the complete lack of customer care have left me with no choice but to vow never to set foot in this establishment again. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this location if they value their time, money, and sanity.

picked up my pizza walk less than 5ft and opened it to verify it was correct. upon opening all the toppings were off the pizza. turned around to show the employees and was asked if i had dropped it when i hadn’t even left the building. was told “when we packed it, it didn’t look like that”. this all happened in under 5 minutes. there’s no possible way I could have messed up the pizza from being handed it and opening it. box was held completely horizontally. super unhappy with the response over something that was not my fault.****i never left the building during this interaction if that was not made abundantly clear***** i was made to feel that i was at fault which can be seen in the reply to my review. there was no accident/ mistake on my end. this all stems from the attitude and disrespect i received and continue to receive.

I really enjoy dinning here. The pizza is really good as well as the soft drinks. I normally dine here every other day for lunch and I order the lunch special for $10.00. A few of the staff members are really awesome and they ensure that your pizza is covered with the correct toppings. I normally get serviced by Vic. He does an excellent job with making the pizza's,as well as making sure the drizzle on the pizza toppings are perfect. They have a few light desserts that I am infested in trying. The atmosphere is always clean and they have an automatic hand washing machine near the soft drink station in which I enjoy because you can refill your cup. In addition this location also sells other varieties of food such as chicken and pasta.
I love the fact that you can build your own pie, this was so delicious I definitely will be visiting again.

After reading the reviews I was excited to try this place but sadly it just didn’t do it for us. The staff was very nice but the food was not as expected. The pizza was comparable to frozen pizza from the grocery store and the large pie was much smaller than expected. The pasta was bland except for the few sausage crumbles on top, and the wings were just okay. We expected better quality and taste for the $50 we spent.

Vic the owner was very very easy to work with and provides 1 of the greatest customer services you can get. The pizza we had was custom but overall came out super delicious definitely would recommend and I'm definitely coming back more than twice forsure. Thanks vic keep on rocking.

This was my first time ever eating here and what an amazing choice. The pizza and service was amazing!!!! The ingredients were fresh and to my liking. I had the pepperoni with katamala olives, my daughter had the chicken pizza with barbecue drizzle. She tore it up and wanted more. I will definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.
