Gulberg Bistro ( Halal Pakistani Cuisine )

So after driving 1 hour 30 min I went here for a buffet but unfortunately it was too late but they offered for ala carte. Ordered nihari and haleem and both were dipped in oil as that’s what they had also the food was cold yet no complains from our side , I ordered ginger, lemon and parsley but parsley was finish like what the hell. Previously also I went for a buffet and they were out of few dishes too. Like seriously if you guys want to be sold out then simply close the restaurant. I would rather not waste my time again and go to this 3rd class restaurant & also recommend others too where they have everything sold out. This place will not just give you a DISAPPOINTMENT but also FRUSTRATION AND ANGER!

We came in Christmas morning for the halwa puri buffet. It was excellent, one of the best halwa puri combinations we’ve eaten at a restaurant.

Gulberg Bistro stands out compared to many other buffet spots. The weekend breakfast and Friday dinner buffets are consistently fresh and well-seasoned, not overly greasy like you find elsewhere.

Goat karahi is a must try, and the mint margarita as well. Overall, the quality and taste easily put it way ahead of others.

I ordered Gurburg special goat karahi but i received regular goat salan.
I tried to call many times they’re not answering.
It’s Second time i am very disappointed.😏😵‍💫

We stopped by for breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious. We came a little late and they still accommodated us. Even if something ran out they would immediately bring more from the back. The staff were very welcoming and friendly! The restaurant is nice and spacious. Highly recommend!!

Very good food

I went to this place with my family very skeptical. It is very hard to find good Pakistani food. However, this place really surprised me. Great food! Great service!And just a completely five star overall experience. We ordered the goat biryani,goat karhai, meat platter, chicken platter, plain naan and sesame naan. everything was delicious! It’s very hard for a restaurant to serve up every single dish and for it to be tasty. However, this place has it figured out. They have a real chef, not just someone who thinks they can cook by watching YouTube videos. And it shows in their food.Highly, highly recommended if you want to try delicious Pakistani food. We will be back and we will continue to come here and eat.

Had breakfast on Nov 22. Its us supposed to open at 10. We arrived at 11 but food was not set up yet. Had to wait another 15 minutes for their buffet. Only had hand full of options in the menu. Food was barely warm. I had to wait for porri another 10 minutes. Food got cold waiting for poori. Food was not very good. It was just ok. Halwa was not fresh and lacked sweetener. I ordered milk lassi from the menu which was extremely sweet. Then I ordered falooda, which had such old ice cream that freezer burnt portions and chunks were very obvious . I never had such a bad experience with such bad food.

The food is Good, however want matters the most is customer service. They have arrogant server Azhar , the guy has no concept of customer service when asked to call the manager this guy claimed that he is the manager. After a few when the actual manager came who name was Adil at that time i realised why the servers are allowed to behave with customers the way they do. He made it sound that the server was doing his job which is being rude and disrespectful to customers.
This why Pakistani restaurants don’t grow because they treat their customers as they are a liability. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Bad management , the owners lack basic empathy towards customers and allow their employees to mistreat customers and disrespect the customers, If you have no self respect and want to be treated disrespectfully then this is the perfect restaurant for you.

Went to the weekend brunch to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We’re able to reserve a table ahead of time. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. There was a lot of variety including hot puri, paratha, and naan. Azhar Bhai, one of the employees, provided great personal service to ensure that we had everything we needed. Would recommend Gulberg Bistro for a pleasant brunch experience.
