The place was empty, only 2 customers yet it took over 20 minutes to get a simple breakfast and coffee. As hungry as we were the hard pancakes and the manner our food was displayed on the plates was careless, sloppy and disrespectful. We needed to ask 4 times for things the idiot cook forgot. One bit of the hard overcooked pancakes ? that was it! I told my 89 yr old mom let's go. I gave the waitress a tip and told her we were leaving, before we walked out the stupid manager came to find out the trouble by this time yes I was still hungry and agitated. In an angry voice I began to tell her when she asked me to lower my voice.?What? I wasn't shouting!We left! To hell with IHOP Keyport NJ NEVER again! ?✌️

Horrible staff. The manager, Sara is horrible at her job and does not treat her employees correctly. Constantly yelling and giving them attitudes for no reason. As a customer, I hear it all the time, and even knew some people who have worked there and agree that she is horrible to work with. The atmosphere sucks, most people are just horrible and not happy people. Do not even take your time ordering from here. The staff is horrible and the food is okay at best. Save yourself and go to another ihop!!!

Worst experience. They NEVER stock on impossible burgers which is fine. Just take it off the menu at this point. I've been here mutilple times during overnight shift and the server is nice enough but it seems like it's a burden to ask for anything. I tip very well and he complains that people don't tip him. I work in the industry so I get it but you don't seem to remember when people are generous towards you either. Won't be coming back.

Well ? made crepes!! Just need to remember to ask for hash browns on the side, for the breakfast crepe, prefer just the eggs, cheese & bacon ? inside ? ?But delicious both ways! Service was immediate and courteous!

I don't know if they had a problem with their ventilation system but man it was hot!They must have turned it up to 80°.I ordered a country fried steak with eggs and pancakes. Food was good but the country gravy was cold and runny. As soon as I picked it up I felt the cup. The place is a little bit dirty and way too hot.

The food wasn't good. I order the combo crepes with mix berries and I got something that resemble a crepe with one cut up strawberry the sausagelinks were cold yuk. I asked the lady that brought it out that it seem like there was a mistake it actually look like it was for child and she was so loud and made it clear that how the combo is. I Regret asking her I was embarrassed. However our waitress Rocio was so sweet and attentive. I definitely will not be going there with family again ? ?

every single time i come to this location i'm served these dark, burnt pancakes. it’s even funnier because its like they put the one lightest pancake of the bunch on the top of the stack to hide the other black char pancakes. disappointing. i used to come here all the time but in the last two or so years, no matter what time i’ve went to eat, i haven’t had good cakes at all. how can you specialize in pancakes and not even be able to make them right??? do better.
