Wendy’s used to be my go-to for a yummy and casual meal. But this time, it was a bit of a bummer. It felt like the staff was a bunch of young folks fooling around and they totally missed my sauce. The burger meat was cold, and the chili wasn’t too great. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I remember when this place was a top spot, but it seems like it’s lost its magic.

This place is ridiculous. The drive through always gets it wrong. I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers biggie bags with mayo and cokes. Then 2 more chic nuggets. He even asked me what drinks. We get up there and he got it all wrong. He tried to give us 1 biggie bag, 2 nuggets that’s it. Had to pay another $6 to get out food and he was clearly very annoyed as if this was our fault. Place is always a mess in side. I love Wendy’s and I just don’t get why they can’t get this right. Very disappointed And your breakfast I have to say is amazing!

Went to grab a bite to eat and the one gentleman working the Sunday evening shift today at register is stealing the show! Very professional, took the initiative to clean the store in between customers, got order right, made my wife and I feel very welcomed here. This is the kind of positive reviews this place needs. Never got his name, but someone at Wendy’s please promote him and make him shine!! Minus one star because the bathroom was out of order.

Customer service and multitasking is a must I ordered spicy nuggets hot and fresh. I got them they were actually cold. I saw the lady when she packaged them up. I give them back, and they drop them back in the grease. At this point, they are overcooked, and it's not sanitary. The reason I knew they were cold is because I touched them. He says well it would be another 5 min. Why weren't fresh ones dropped in the first place. This is all after I stood in line for 10 min while they waited on someone else's fries.
