They have a set of shelves for mobile order pickup but order was found at the counter. Order was correct and the people behind the counter were very nice. All of the sauces were included, and there was a straw in the bag. Very pleased with the service here.

Wendy's near I grew up. Lines are sometimes long in drive thru but haven't went in awhile. I try only get salads nowadays

unfortunately this Wendy's location is just badly run. Everytime I come I have to triple check my order because things usually aren't correct. The person at the front usually works in slow motion and refuses to yell out orders so you just stand there forever not knowing your order is ready.I try to talk to them and have an interaction but they are always not willing in any way to speak and let me know which is my order etc. I never use the drive thru because it's always extremely slow or I get the wrong food. I understand food service can be tough but it's very frustrating having to deal with this level of service. I think they just need a bit more training and an attentive manager.

So inconsistent with everything. One day the service could be phenomenal, food great, while another day they can't even figure out what a baconator is. Take your chances I guess. And now with these new sauces they want to charge me to have a sauce with my combo meal? Yeah right

the worst Wendy's ive ever been to, consistently. it's almost a guarantee that something in the order will be wrong, even if its very basic. the food is also nowhere near as good as other Wendy's. disappointment every time

When your hungry, & there's bumper to bumper traffic, this is the place for me to stop. I go in place my order, grab it to go, & enjoy my frosty while listening to my tunes, & either have chili, or once in awhile a burger usually to go, I really enjoyed the mushroom burger it was one of my all-time favorites, but its gone now, so it's usually the chili, which I often take home then add more onions, & more beans, the new ice-cream frosty in delicious! So I have to take more steps, thank goodness it's no big deal as I have so much energy as I indulged in most of it then put the rest aside for my coffee, & am a very happy camper! This location the few times I went in was very clean. The manager Marina was also very nice! I enjoy getting great customer service, & have found that location to be a place clean & friendly!
