Went to grab a bite to eat and the one gentleman working the Sunday evening shift today at register is stealing the show! Very professional, took the initiative to clean the store in between customers, got order right, made my wife and I feel very welcomed here. This is the kind of positive reviews this place needs. Never got his name, but someone at Wendy’s please promote him and make him shine!! Minus one star because the bathroom was out of order.

Customer service and multitasking is a must
I ordered spicy nuggets hot and fresh. I got them they were actually cold. I saw the lady when she packaged them up. I give them back, and they drop them back in the grease. At this point, they are overcooked, and it's not sanitary. The reason I knew they were cold is because I touched them. He says well it would be another 5 min. Why weren't fresh ones dropped in the first place. This is all after I stood in line...

The short staff crew was working hard to keep up with all the orders and broken ice maker. Cause they were short staff the food was cold and a few items missing. I dont blame those working they were trying their best and apologized. The management needs to hire more staff.
