The food has fallen off! We stopped here for great quality fast food, since this is what we’ve always associated with Wendy’s. But no sir ee Bob. The buns that enclosed my crispy chicken sandwich was soggy, the chicken was nicely seasoned, but it looked and tasted like heavily coated dried out cardboard. The fries had too much salt and I was feeling so sick, I gnawed at the fries, but tossed the chicken. The cookie was so sweet, my system was in shock. The service was so-so....
Olivia is the nicest most genuine drive thru girl at Wendy’s in Keyport/matawan ! Blessed to had her there on 4/16/2025 ! You guys better keep her there , keep her on the schedule ! God bless you Olivia , thank you :) !
This one dark skin fellow with long dreadlocks was very helpful and kind. He made my food quickly while keeping a calm and kind personality and maintaining conversation. He deserves a raise definitely. Despite it being very packed he was able to make a take orders with great efficiency.
