this is unbelievable, me and my 2 friends wanted a nice ice cream day, first the operation hours say 5am-10pm, we try to open the door and it is locked, so we try the drive-through and it’s open! The employee wouldn’t even tell us the ice cream flavors, he said “What ever you want we have,” So we ask for birthday cake the most basic ice cream flavor. The employee responds with “We don’t have that,” which is understandable. Then we ask for icing on the cake, the employee responds with “We HAVE that,” so we proceed to the next window, we received 3 sugar free raisin ice creams. This was the opposite what we asked for, the employee was 0 help! Don’t go here! save your money!

Staff have always been friendly, helpful, and polite. I've always been helped in a timely manner here. The assortment of ice cream flavors are awesome and they are very fairly priced. They do have busy times that there can be a longer than usual wait. But the wait is worth it.

Do not go here for ice cream! The shakes are like drinking milk! A shake should be thick! Not water!! The ice cream had a freezer taste!
