very nice place. great server. large selection on the menu. had live music friday eve. my dates chicken dinner and stuffed mushroom app was fantastic. the beef gyro platter, was not good, the worse beef gyro meat i have had in a long time, dry, cut into cube stick shape, i would not get it again. good thing the menu is so large, there are many other choices. the place also has outside dining for the nicer weather. bar offer a lot of specialty drinks for $10.
Seems like a fun, casual place. Service was great,as were the drinks.. I'm looking forward to returning in the nice weather. The goat cheese and hot honey appetizer was really good.
The meal was excellent. We started with Mediterranean Mezedes. Entrees of Beef Gyro and Combo Souvlaki platters were plentiful. We took home the Baklava cheesecake dessert. The dining room upstairs was cozy with the fireplace going. All was good until the band started playing downstairs. Then it was too noisy. I didn't need to hear "Shake your Boodie" while I was eating dinner on Valentine's Day.
We were excited to try someplace new. My gf and I were just expecting a little more. I made reservation reservations to sit and my dining area in the nice dining area and they put us at a table in the bar area. The food was OK. The service was very good. The manager and/or the owner or whoever he was seems to be a dick to his staff.

Went here today for the first time to pick up dinner for my family and we were very surprised by the quality and quantity of the food we got for the price we paid. What a GREAT value. And the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

An excellent neighborhood tavern with good service and prices. On some occasions the food was not as good as usual. Overall highly recommended.

I had a Saturday night reservation with 4 friends, and we were seated upstairs immediately (there would be live music downstairs and upstairs would be quieter. Both dining areas were very pretty - downstairs had a bar along one side of the room and upstairs had a beautiful fireplace lit. They had an extensive menu that can probably be pared back so they can focus on the things they make best. I ordered the spanakopita and was disappointed; the filling was okay, but the phyllo dough at either end of the pie was hard as a rock and I couldn’t cut into it. Reminded me of a microwaved frozen burrito and made me wonder if these are pre-made, frozen/refrigerated, and then heated in a microwave instead of the oven. I only had water, which came out with one half-melted ice cube, so that was weird. I finished halfway thru the meal but server only checked in once and did not refresh anyone’s drinks. The dessert item I wanted was not available, so I chose something else and had a RumChata coffee - both were fine, although my coffee was brought after I was halfway done with my dessert. The music downstairs (classic rock) started to get louder and didn’t seem to make sense with this kind of restaurant. Overall, I was disappointed and likely won’t return.
Parking: The entrance and lot are around the side of the building as you turn off the main road.

Pizza was very bland, no flavor. Ordered Mediterranean and they forgot goat cheese and balsamic. Refired to goat cheese and fig and it was no better.
Kids meal was good. Buffalo calamari was ok.

We had a great night at Cypress. We decided to sit outside with the live music and it was awesome! It was so fun. We got the zucchini fries and cheesesteak dumplings for appetizers: they were both great portions and delicious. For dinner we had the pasticho, the scallops, filet mignon and the burrata pizza. The main courses arrived when we had just begun appetizers but it happens. The pizza lacked flavor but everything else was SPOT ON and delicious. We will be back!
Cane here for the first time tonight, and I am totally impressed! You want it, they got it on the menu and they'll do it well! Live music tonight was an awesome surprise. We visited the bartender first and she was great, then we sat outside for dinner and our waitress was attentive and absolutely a sweetheart. Food was fantastic, drinks were done well. We'll be back soon!!

Second time I ordered take out from here and the last! I walk into the restaurant with not one person approaching me if I need help. Bartender on the cell phone. Stood here literally for 15 minutes. Terrible service!
