The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Terrible service — the girl started taking my order and then just walked away without saying a word to serve someone else. On top of that, they never have anything I ask for. It was my last time there — such a waste of time and nerves.

I love that they actually listen to your requests. I ordered a large matcha latte with no ice. They gave me no ice. I have been to a few Dunkin’ Donut stores around new jersey and every one of those stores has given me ice. This store was awesome. The donut was quite nice and a good size portion.

OMG I have never been to such a bad Dunkin! They didn’t get anything right and I walked in! So they are telling me I can’t have my coffee with milk. It comes with cream only!! OMG!!

Had 3 coffees made 2 we’re wrong and tasted terrible. I’m not sure if this staff is trained or not. I’ve given this place multiple chances and the coffee is always terrible. Just don’t come here. This store needs a big change and asap. I got a coupon in the mail for this location. But you couldn’t PAY me to eat here.

Waited 15 minutes at drive through an hour and a half after open. Nobody inside said they were closed or not operating the drive through. Odd experience

Bad customer service. I was ordering at the front and mid way through my order the guy left. I asked for assistance and a manger because it was very unprofessional and I was receiving any assistance and they told me the guy attending me was the manager.
