Staff is very inattentive both at the drive thru and if you walk inside. I'm constantly kept waiting even if I'm the only customer inside/at the drive up window. On one instance, I saw Staff members look from the back, see me (or pretend not to) and then walk away. And today, my frozen hot chocolate I ordered wasn't frozen at all - it was closer to chocolate milk than frozen hot chocolate. On top of the drink being subpar, I had to wait a few minutes to even be acknowledged. The car in front of me had been served and drove away, and I still hadn't even ordered

I give up. I complained to managers twice about the staff not preparing my online orders 20 minutes after ordering and nothing has changed. Today they put in the wrong kind of donut. To make it worse, no one apologizes. At 5:30am there is no line yet MANY times online orders are not even started until I come in. At least say "sorry". I'm done.

i order dunkin most days before work and i do mobile orders. i put them in as asap and by the time i get there my order is still not made. it is ridiculous that other people that walk in after me get their orders before I do. they sit in the back and make you wait for 15 minutes maybe more before making your order. and most days the food is not fully cooked. mobile orders are supposed to be made before you come to be picked up. it’s honestly terrible service. it’s rude and awful and this shouldn’t be happening every time i go there.

I come here very often.(I always tip) I get a frozen coffee every time , why do they say the machine automatically does the cream when I get a different color coffee every time I go. i’m done with this sewer water coffee , fix the machine or something.

when you order a coffee they oddly ask you if you want iced coffee.....if I want iced coffee I'll say the word "iced" before the word "coffee." workers have no common sense....if you order a coffee it's by default a hot coffee unless you say iced.
