They need more staff because the wait was too long for such a short line. They were polite but they messed up my order which was just a single drink. This has been like the 3rd time this happened.

Very surprised at some of the negative reviews here. The people in the drive through are always very friendly to me. My order has never been incorrect. Sometimes there is a small wait, but also keep in mind that I go there on my morning commute during rush hour so a lot of people want their coffee! Any other time they're usually pretty fast. Also, the server at the window bought me a donut for being cheerful, and I thought that was very nice!

This has been my go-to DD location for many years. Staff have always been friendly, polite, and helpful. I've always had my orders taken correctly and given correctly. Pretty fast service. Drive-thru times can take a while, but that's just the way it goes.

Very bad customer service experience. Rude and Horrible staff. All they have is 'nothing' when we order. It's useless coming here because whatever we ask for anyway they won't have. Highly recommend NOT to visit this.
Every single time you go here it’s a new, different problem. Drove up once, during the middle of open hours, and was told the place was closed over the microphone by the woman inside. Meanwhile she still helped the person in front of me, since they had mobile ordered. Just pulled up again, at 10 in the morning, and was told they only take cash at this time. Seems like a real joke to operate in this way. Highly recommend any of the other coffee shops with half a mile.

Great Service. SUPER SWEET young girls. Great food and drinks. Fast Service.They do a much better job then the larger dunkin in the next parking lot!I’ve been coming to the little drive-through dunkin (1167) for almost a year and a half now. I started coming more often after they hired the sweetest twin girls! They greet me every morning now with such big smiles on their faces and it always makes my day. Without those two there, I would have never came back after some terrible encounters I had with the previous manager there. With all the changes in employees, the change in hours and long waits in line from what they say is from being short-staffed, those two have somehow gotten me to stay. I occasionally bring my dog there sometimes and they always offer milk bone dog treats which I find super kind… and I just recently learned they buy them with some of the tips they make. They are so super sweet and never fail to make me feel special. I must say without them, Dunkin would have definitely lost a lot of customers. It stinks they don't have enough employees- It looks like its just the three girls all week
