Went thru drive thru today and ordered a Carmel machiatto with almond milk. What was given to me was water down coffee with milk. I couldnt make a return as I was on my way to long distance travel. Beware on their services. Check before leaving DD.

They need more staff because the wait was too long for such a short line. They were polite but they messed up my order which was just a single drink. This has been like the 3rd time this happened.

Very surprised at some of the negative reviews here. The people in the drive through are always very friendly to me. My order has never been incorrect. Sometimes there is a small wait, but also keep in mind that I go there on my morning commute during rush hour so a lot of people want their coffee! Any other time they're usually pretty fast. Also, the server at the window bought me a donut for being cheerful, and I thought that was very nice!

This has been my go-to DD location for many years. Staff have always been friendly, polite, and helpful. I've always had my orders taken correctly and given correctly. Pretty fast service. Drive-thru times can take a while, but that's just the way it goes.

Very bad customer service experience. Rude and Horrible staff. All they have is 'nothing' when we order. It's useless coming here because whatever we ask for anyway they won't have. Highly recommend NOT to visit this.

Every single time you go here it’s a new, different problem. Drove up once, during the middle of open hours, and was told the place was closed over the microphone by the woman inside. Meanwhile she still helped the person in front of me, since they had mobile ordered. Just pulled up again, at 10 in the morning, and was told they only take cash at this time. Seems like a real joke to operate in this way. Highly recommend any of the other coffee shops with half a mile.
