Their drinks are delicious, food is tasty, and it’s one of the only places in the area I can get a good quality “My Order” (good quality earl grey tea with coconut syrup to sweeten). Unfortunately it’s come to the point where the quality and wonderful staff can’t justify the price increases. Yes, times are tricky - but almost SIX DOLLARS for a large hot water, a bag of leaves and flavored simple syrup. I’m sorry, that’s ridiculous and unsustainable.

Remember the supermarket parking lot photo stops (sorry, under 40s, you probably don't)? This is one of those but for delicious bougie coffee drinks. We were at Mountain Creek and ordered for our ride home, setting an estimated arrival time. We arrived exactly at the time but the drinks had been sitting awhile so it might be worthwhile to order and wait. The drink flavors are innovative and mine at least was delicious.

Cute little spot that I randomly came across! Got an iced coffee and a muffin, both were top tier. Only semi-downside is that I was on line for about a half hour, so definitely not a quick grab & go. But it was nice to give them a try! Friendly staff and actually give good recommendations!

My third or fourth time at long fellows and I am extremely turned off to the point of no return! After placing a $40+ order of coffees I was waiting for all 6 of my drinks. Mine came out first and I did not like it so I kindly asked the barista if I could order (AND PAY) for a new drink. I also offered to pull over to the side in effort to not hold up the line. She told me no and that I would have to get back in line after already waiting 30 minutes to order. Not to mention we left a nice tip! I said “I really have to get back in line I can’t just wait on the side?” She said “no we have a line and you have to get back in it to order”. Horrible horrible customer service and clearly just concerned about making money and not pleasing customers.
