Awful service. Extremely slow. Took forever. It's really slow. It took over 25 minutes to get fast food here. Worst burger king you can visit. Atmosphere is terrible because they are horribly slow here.

Place is not kept up every table was dirty found one that we could wipe down with napkins. Manager that's on talks so fast I couldn't understand her. My burger came out wrong and looking sad just thrown together. Took it back and asked for right way and got attitude about it from manager that burger came out with bad lettuce and the top of tomato so I just took them off and ate burger. Soda area a complete mess! Kid making burgers has glove on one hand maybe that's why burger was slop! Will not be coming here again!

the bun of my chicken sandwich was burnt and so was the chicken, leading me to believe it is old and reheated because of the dark color it had, the person i believe is the manager even told me it was supposed to be that way even though it was nowhere close to looking like that was normal . she tried to get a attitude with me when i was asking her why the sandwich was looking this way and i did not appreciate any part of the service . even after we dismissed the issue of the sandwich she came and sat directly at the next table with her sandwich, and what do you know her sandwich wasnt close to as burnt as mine . this makes me not want to visit burger king

Ordered breakfast through mobile app, got given a moldy sandwich. Rated poor service for lack of attentiveness. Location atmosphere is dark and dreary, with a worker smoking a cigarette at the back door then making sandwiches without washing their hands.

Junior Whoppers were ice cold. had to be sent back to the "hopper" whatever the hell that is.. Forgot our fries and those jr. whoppers were subpar tasting at best.

I ordered to pick up via the app.

I waited in the Drive-Thru line for a good 10-15 minutes waiting for my food. Probably about 10 minutes at the window Waiting. I did receive my food, took it home and proceeded to distribute it to the family. Everything was cold. Not even lukewarm, not frozen but cold. I paid $30 for freaking Burger King. It took forever to get, I thought the app was supposed to make it faster and it was cold. 30 freaking dollars on Burger King. From what I could see from the window, it's most likely a staffing issue. Seem to only have been two kids and one manager working. Seems to be too few staff members versus the workload they're receiving. If you're going to charge me $30 for three burgers, a small fry and a medium onion ring do better. I know it doesn't matter but I probably will not go back to this Burger King, I haven't had Burger King in about 3 years prior to this experience and looks like I'll keep that record going.

It's a rest stop BK. Surprisingly the food tastes fresh, the employee was nice and patient, sat down in the eating lobby, at the food, used the bathroom and left.

I would like to review the BK of Lanoka Harbor, however the option to post a review is disabled. I find the staff are very professional, courteous and hard working. These workers do their best to ensure that the food is served to specifications. My expectations have been met each time. I love the retro decor and empty atmosphere when I am dining in. The less people, means peace and quiet for me. If you expect gourmet food, then go elsewhere. However, if you seek a traditional fast food experience, with friendly, hard working people, then Lanoka Harbor BK is the place to go. I have no complaints. These workers earn their pay.

The food was old tasting and they had to cook me something fresh. They advertise stuff on the kiosk that they don't have to order. No wraps or fish sandwiches so I ordered chicken nuggets that tasted old and salty.
