I have Celiac Disease and consistently frequent Jersey Mike's because it is known to be a safe space for those with allergens. The worker behind the counter refused to use ingredients in the back, claiming that he didn’t have any. He told me that by 8pm each night, they have nothing in stock and that I can’t expect them to accommodate me. I am really disappointed, I’ve never experienced this at other locations. He also went as far as continuing to dispute whether or not other stores would accommodate my dietary restrictions while my husband begrudgingly finished his sandwich order. LAME.
Update: I went to a different location last night around the same time and the staff cut me fresh toppings for my sandwich, saying it was no issue at all - that it is the standard for those with dietary restrictions; especially those with gluten allergies.

Horrible customer service & rude. Our sandwich was made wrong it was thrown together, soggy & disgusting, was loaded way to much. We'll never goto this location again. Gross. ?

Very very skimpy with the meat portion, yet very expensive $$$. . They must be trying to force you to purchase extra meat - lost my business, due to poor care and pathetic portions on the sandwich.

There is nothing special about subs here. They are good, but they are not great. I feel like they could put a little more meat on their subs and if they used a better quality like Boars Head or Thumans, it would definitely bump it up to the next level. The one thing that Mike's always seems to have is an awesome staff who always seems to be in a great mood and are super friendly!

Stopped in today for hoagies with my wife. Requested a gluten free regular California Chicken Cheesesteak. Was asked by another attendant if i got the Kahana cheesesteak and referred to the menu number. I corrected him, saying I ordered the California Chicken Cheesesteak. I arrive home and open up a Kahuna steak. I think the ambient music volume is effecting the ability to communicate clearly between customer and attendant. Also the gluten free regular size is the same as a wheat flour mini. So that kinda makes this sting just a little more.

Ordered a sandwich to go and this is the pathetic excuse of a sandwich that they made me for $20. 2 slices of cheese, one slice of meat. These guys are SCAMMERS, intentionally putting less meats on their sandwiches to save the store money. They’re basically ROBBING their customers.
Super

Seems like most of the staff is college kids. And let's say I hope they're better in school then at making sandwiches. Owners and manager are always so kind. Except the manager lady that looks mean but she's really nice

They make good subs but have gotten cheap on the amount of meat and cheese put on subs. Not like Jersey Mikes use to be.
