Ordered for delivery for 2. This was not a large or complicated order. The person who answered the phone was polite. We were told about 40 minutes. After 1 hour, I called to see where our order was. The same person answered the phone and said the order was on its way a few minutes. 20 minutes later, I called again to be told the same thing . The order is out for delivery he will be there in a few minutes. We'll the order eventually showered up 15 minutes later. The delivery man was polite. The food was warm, not worh the wait.

I am in the area and decided to order some take out. I used to order food from this place all the time so I decided to go back despite the negative reviews. I was super excited to get some good Chinese until I walked through the front door. I'm not posting this bc I have no life but I feel the need to help others. This place has got to be violating one, if not more, health codes. The place was filthy. And I'm not talking about a little dust in an old rusty building. No. I'm talking trash, squalor, infection. Trash strewn about. Snap peas ever. Snap pea pods everywhere. Children emerging out from behind fixtures. One moaning. One poking me in the leg. One behind the counter with snots leaking from their red eyes and red nose, coughing all over the place. If I had a shell, I would've sucked my head right into it. I've been all over the place but have never seen anything like this. And don't get me wrong, I know a lot of Chinese take out places have children there but this was insane. One ran out after me and just stood behind my car. I still have no idea what I witnessed. I did pick up my order bc I was in a state of shock and threw it right in the trash. The woman who checked me out, wiped the boys snots down his face and then grabbed my receipt and I could visually see snots on it. I'm pretty sure I need therapy.

Ordered sesame chicken. Chicken was soggy and rice was too. Was one of the worst Chinese meals I’ve had. I hate writing bad reviews but this was one of the few times I couldn’t eat the food and had to throw it out. Just wasted money and stomach is not well. We normally order from China king, but they are closed on Mondays.

I have been using New China Cafe fir many years and have never had any problem of issue with them. Always courteous and food is s generally OK for a Chinese take out. Tonight, however, I ordered Pork w/ vegetables and chicken w/ Chinese vegetables. The pork dish was fine, but the chicken dish had about 3 small pieces of chicken and all onions - no other vegetable. I don;t know what happened in the process, but something was amiss. I could not go back as it was late, and we will be out of town for the next 3 days. Also, the egg roll seemed to be overloaded with pepper. Starting to lose faith their quality.

This restaurant is famous for its selection of fresh ingredients and fine production. The dishes are excellent and appetizing. The environment is fresh and clean, and the pink decoration makes people feel happy. And the price is reasonable, which is very good value for money.
