Aggravating they do not have the sirracha chicken the 2 times I've come to get it. Its if its advertised they don't make it. Very dumb.

This place was much better when the lady, I assume manager, used to work there a few months back. She was always friendly and remembered all the extras.

Now I get attitude for asking for napkins or sauce packets. And then I got only 1 hot sauce packet for 5 tenders. Everyone knows you get 1-2 packets for each tender. Most of the time those packets are empty or not even filled all the way.

Long time customers order weekly for a family of four. We usually order our favorite wing sauce which is signature hot. Please start order today went to go pick it up get to the store they tell us they no longer have signature hot. No offer for a refund nothing. We could choose some dipping sauces that are not signature hot. They have lost a customer

I’ve always appreciated Popeyes for their flavorful chicken and, in the past, reliable service. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing.

I attempted to order 10 chicken tenders (no meal), a blackened chicken wrap, and two drinks. However, the cashier seemed confused, and after about six minutes, the total price was clearly incorrect. I had to request a manager to correct the order.

Additionally, the restroom, which used to be well-maintained, appeared neglected—surprising given the store wasn’t particularly busy.

To top it off, they forgot to include the biscuit in my order, a detail that previous staff never overlooked.

Overall, this location seems to be declining in both service and cleanliness. I miss the attentive employees who ensured orders were accurate and customer interactions were pleasant.

One of my favorite

Terrible service the guy took 20 seconds to respond to each word I said and seemed like he didn’t know what was going on.
Biscuit was cold and hard and my soda was watered down and tasted like sparkling water. Will not be coming back.
